The townhome was just as described. There was plenty of room for four adults and a small pet. Note that there is a significant pet fee.The kitchen is well stocked. Easy check-in process. The host responded quickly. I would recommend.

The place was perfectly decorated and had all amenities we could ask for, parking was a little tricky no assigned spots so it was first come !! We had a time occasionally finding a place to park . But overall a great experience!! I would definitely stay there in the future!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bedroom townhome! It was the perfect setup for our family—spacious, beautifully updated, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short bike ride to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. Huge bonus:4 bikes and 4 beach chairs were included, which made our beach days so easy! The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Bummed that there are no beach towels to take to the pool or beach and we had a family of 5 with only 4 beach chairs to use and only 4 bikes

As noted in our listing, we provide four complimentary bikes and beach chairs. For guests needing more, we partner with South Beach Bikes and include a discount code in the listing for additional rentals.
Regarding the towels, we want to clarify that while towels are provided, beach towels are not listed as part of the amenities we offer.
I do hope you still enjoyed your stay in the unit and had a wonderful trip overall. Finding your way around the island at night can definitely be a challenge—even for locals! Exterior lighting is intentionally limited to protect the sea turtles that nest here every summer.

House was clean and comfortable and its location was a short walk to the beach. The amenities for families with small children puts it over the top. A wagon with beach toys made it easy to bring everything needed to the beach and we took advantage of the pack n play for our son to sleep in. There was also a box of toys which our kids loved to play with. A short walk or easy drive to get to all the sites on the island. We would definitely try and stay here on our next visit.

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog! Everything was clean, cozy, comfortable. We had everything that we could possibly need at the condo and more! It was a short bike ride to the beach, which our kids enjoyed! The bikes were an amazing bonus that we used a ton! We hope to go back again next year!

It is beautifully decorated, updated and also (most importantly for us) dog friendly without smelling and looking dog friendly! The unit has newer Vinyl plank flooring throughout, the kitchen is very well equipped and countertops were recently updated. All the beds in this three bedroom unit are very comfortable. You can also enjoy the back area on the porch that does give you a nice quiet area to relax. Easy walk to the beach along a paved tree lined pathway. The bikes are a plus too! Close to restaurants and shopping. When we had a few minor problems, the rental management was very quick to respond and remedy. Can’t go wrong with this townhouse!

Photos seem to make places look bigger than they are, but we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the place. Lots of room for the 4 of us without tripping over each other. Bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen was overly stocked with anything we needed. The beach chairs were a plus and having the bikes available right away was super nice. Highly recommend this location; we would return.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island that we booked kind of last minute. We would have preferred a place directly on the beach however this location was perfect and accommodated a dog - only a short walk or bike ride to the Adler beach access. We could have easily walked to Coligny Beach and Plaza area for dinner but we chose to drive because it was so hot and humid. The villa itself was awesome! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed! The check in was easy and the property manager company was very responsive. We arrived to the island early so I emailed asking to be notified if the unit was available before the 4pm check in. She replied immediately and we luckily got into the unit early. We discovered that 1 of the 4 beach chairs that are included was broken and a second one was very rusted. I emailed the property manager and she quickly had 2 new chairs dropped off that day. The pool near the unit was small, but nice. We utilized it the day it was calling for rain. Only drawback is the water felt like bath water because it was so warm outside. We drove a large 7 passenger conversion van and the parking spots were very tight. We had to carefully maneuver out of the spot. Would be nice to have assigned parking spots. Again, the unit was awesome and we will definitely be back to Hilton Head. If we need a place off the shore, we will definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I had a great week in Hilton Head. The property is as depicted in the photographs and we had absolutely no issues. The bikes and leftover beach supplies were a welcomed touch. The closest public access to the beach was less than 10 minutes by bike and a very manageable walk. There are a number of other listings (not same owner) in the same development - just across the parking lot. We had family stay in 2 of those and all the cousins got to hang out, which was a nice option to have. This property was the best of the bunch.

I stayed at this location with my parents, husband, 9 month old daughter, and two dogs the last week of March 2023. When we arrived the unit was immaculate and well stocked for a family. We had access to: beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, pack and play, baby books and toys, as well as all expected items like linens, dishes, ect. It took a little trial and error to find the best route to the beach. There were. a few options, all about a 10-15 minute walk. We figured out the 54A beach path worked best for us but there were several others that were very accessible to us as well. The unit is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had a great stay and hopefully will return in future years!

We really wanted a place on the beach but as we had 2 dogs and 8 people, our options were limited. We loved the photos of this place but we still weren’t sure how it’d be. Once we arrived, it really exceeded our expectations. The bike ride to the beach is so easy, but If you’re with a larger group, you do have to strategize to get everyone there. But we were so satisfied with the cleanliness, all that was provided, and the proximity to other things. And not to mention check out is so easy here! We definitely want to return back in the future

Spacious, clean and with all of the amenities we needed. Loved having the bikes as we could easily get to the beach and Coligny shopping area. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils needed to prepare meals. The living room was so comfortable and roomy to enjoy reading and relaxing as was the back deck. We found Hiltonopoly and enjoyed several evenings of play at the dining room table. Overall a great experience! Only regret was that we didnt book it for longer!

The pictures actually did not do justice to this condo. The condo is very well equipped. The kitchen wasn’t lacking anything. The only thing I might mention in the kitchen was that there wasn’t a sharp knife. The laundry facilities were very good and handy being on the same floor as the master bedroom. When we arrived the bathrooms and kitchen were obviously cleaned however the sliding door glass was very dirty as were the floors. I would definitely rent here again. The two very minor maintenance issues I had were promptly taken care of by Shaun. I cannot say the same of my sales rep Trevor. I called him, emailed him and text him regarding renting again next year. I was interested in a particular place and the one time I was able to speak with him he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did despite the repeated attempts to connect with him.

I brought my 3 older children and their friends and our two dogs to stay at Hilton Head. We were so happy with this house. The attention to detail of the decor was great- true dog lovers!! I have stayed at several vacation rentals and this one had everything- from extra toilet paper to laundry detergent, hangers and kitchen supplies. There is both a keurig and regular coffee maker in case you were wondering. They also have all beach supplies for four that you would need- bicycles, chairs, a wagon and toys. If there is rain, plenty of games and books. I will certainly be staying again!

Super great place to stay….clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 5. Conveniently it backed up to the unit another family member was staying in, so we could easiest go back and forth. Island was crazy busy, but we could tuck away and get away from it here in Ocean Breeze. Helpful feedback - need flashlights for if/when a storm blows in and knocks out electricity overnight. Need a detailed map of location of each numbered unit to help navigate in the Treetops and Ocean Breeeze..

House was clean, walking distance or biking distance to Colligney, easy to access, etc. Enjoyed our stay!

The complex was super dog friendly, so easy to walk right out the door and take our dog for a walk. Great location within walking distance from Coligny. The downstairs bed/bath was perfect for my mom since you could close it off. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you could ever need in a kitchen. The upstairs tub had trouble draining. and the showers are a bit dated, but overall the unit is very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean with all necessities needed. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have 4 bikes & 4 beach chairs with the condo. Could use some extra lighting in the living room. The bathroom on the first floor is quite small. Also, intermittent WIFI- large time gaps of no service was not ok as we had some work to do on our computers. We really enjoyed our visit to HHI.

The beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were plenty (we liked having the option of keurig and coffee pot), and the giant smart tv in the living room was perfect to log into our tv and watch our shows.The bikes with baskets were great and it’s a short 5 minute flat ride down to the beach- which has bike racks, restrooms and even a restaurant right there.Owners and management were very helpful. They notified us as soon as They were told there would be a brief 2-hour water outage to fix a pipe. But it was at a convenient time that we would be at the beach anyways.Great villa, great little back patio and really close to the pool. We will be looking to rent this place again on our next trip to HHI.

Only complaint would be, the bathrooms need a little heavier hand when being cleaned. They had a soap film from the cleaner having not been rinsed. Otherwise, it was a perfect vacation. Loved the complimentary bikes and the coded locks.

The place was really nice and convenient walking distance to everything! While not specifically listed, the unit does have a washer and dryer which was convenient with having an infant with us! We really enjoyed our time despite it being crappy weather! We will come back, although suspect that prices will be much higher during busy season!
