First time visiting Hilton Head. While we would have preferred a location directly on the beach, this area was a perfect, comfortable walk to the Adler Beach Access. The unit was perfect! Beautifully decorated, ample things needed to cook, do laundry and whatnot. The beach chairs and bikes were a great addition. The property management company did an excellent job at communicating, answering questions and responding to our complaint of 2 broken beach chairs. The only improvement would be having assigned parking spots.

We stayed to celebrate our daughter’s wedding on Honey Horn Plantation. This rental was perfect! Very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have supplied everything you could possible need! We are familiar with South Forest Beach area and it is our favorite location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous vacation 2022 we had a great time, the pool was walking distance. The bicycles was fine. But they really need a golf cart they go to the beach. But I didn’t really see any golf carts around. Otherwise the condo was good no problems with it except for the air conditioner went out but they got on it right away loved it. We only went to the beach to days because it was a trek to the beach.

The villa was better than anticipated. Very clean, nice decor and well equipped. So happy to find a place on the Island that allowed us to vacation with our King Charles Spaniel. We had a clogged disposal and called the management company. They were very professional and came out within an hour to repair. Looking forward to spending next’s year vacation at the same villa. Island Rental was exceptional to book our stay!

Our family had the best time here. This vacation rental was all that it said it would be. Vary spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, great location to beach, grocery, restaurants and shops. We were also given 4 bikes with this rental. Highly recommend!

Will definitely stay again, loved how pet friendly they are yet you would never know a pet has been there when you walk in! Very clean and well kept and a short walk to the beach, pools were spotless and well kept and can’t wait to go back next year!

The condo was exactly as described in the ad. The pictures actually did not do justice to this condo. The condo is very well equipped. The kitchen wasn’t lacking anything. The only thing I might mention in the kitchen was that there wasn’t a sharp knife. The laundry facilities were very good and handy being on the same floor as the master bedroom. When we arrived the bathrooms and kitchen were obviously cleaned however the sliding door glass was very dirty as were the floors. I would definitely rent here again.
The two very minor maintenance issues I had were promptly taken care of by Shaun. I cannot say the same of my sales rep Trevor. I called him, emailed him and text him regarding renting again next year. I was interested in a particular place and the one time I was able to speak with him he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did despite the repeated attempts to connect with him.

So many things were great about this rental: updated floors and bathrooms, nice decor, great-sized living and eating areas, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, location for walking to beach and getting to Caligny and Sea Pines, bikes, beach chairs, etc.

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and well kept. It was very spacious and had a great space to hang out. The rental agency was unresponsive to use prior to our trip. We messaged on VRBO and emailed in regards to the trip. The freezer door wouldn’t latch so I contacted to rental company. I never heard back from any of my messages. Fortunately we didn’t need the freezer. We had a great trip and would stay at the condo again; just don’t expect any contact from the rental company.

Enjoyed riding to the beach with our kids. We did have to call for bike repairs on 2 separate occasions, which was an inconvenience, but the bike company did respond quickly. The interior of the rental was refreshed and relaxing, however, the kitchen space was awkward. Unfortunately, we saw multiple cockroaches as well. The complex outside was very confined, but the pools were closeby, which was nice to get kids to and from easily. I prefer to have a little more room outside with a little more privacy.

We stayed at 46 Ocean Breeze. The place was immaculate, well stocked and all around great! The provided bikes were awesome to take out and explore as a family. The chairs and beach wagon were an added bonus so we didn't have to pack them! Everything was provided and the beach was a short 7 minute/ 5 minute bike ride away. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants and the place is just beautiful! Thank you for having us! We would definitely come back :)

We enjoyed our stay . A nice walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Extra amenities provided were bikes and a beach cart . Kitchen was well stocked. We hope to rent again in the future.

We rented this unit for Thanksgiving weekend with my mom. The downstairs bed/bath was perfect since you could close it off. We also brought our dog and the complex was super dog friendly. The unit was clean, however the upstairs tub had trouble draining. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the condo to be very clean and well equipped. It was very nice to have the 4 bikes and 4 beach chairs included with the condo. All furniture was comfortable!
Unfortunately, there were dogs next door who were constantly barking. Master Bathroom on the main floor was quite small.
Weather was great!
We would go back again!

The rental is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were plenty (we liked having the option of keurig and coffee pot), and the giant smart tv in the living room was perfect to log into our tv and watch our shows.

The bikes with baskets were great and it’s a short 5 minute flat ride down to the beach- which has bike racks, restrooms and even a restaurant right there.

Owners and management were very helpful. They notified us as soon as They were told there would be a brief 2-hour water outage to fix a pipe. But it was at a convenient time that we would be at the beach anyways.

Great villa, great little back patio and really close to the pool. We will be looking to rent this place again on our next trip to HHI.
