We had a great trip to Hilton head. Property was nice, pics are exact, bikes were a nice bonus. Had great start up stuff such as trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. Wagon and chairs for beach use were nice. Only thing I’d suggest is a print out of path to beach as it was a tad tricky to navigate what was the closest/shortest route. Other than that we have no real complaints at all. Would recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It came with bikes, which made everything better for our teenagers. Its location is a quick bike ride to the beach, which they did a couple times a day. The unit is maybe 50 steps to the nearest pool. It was great to go in the mornings before it got too crowded. So convenient! The condo was very clean when we arrived and also had enough paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The pod coffee maker that was in the pictures was missing from the condo, but the management company had one sent over the next morning. We appreciated that!

Had a wonderful 8 days. Beach access via a nature path in the back was great. We really liked Alder Beach access point. It's a little farther from Coligny square than we've stayed before, but still very worth staying here.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. Townhome was nice and we walked to beach and plaza daily. The only thing the tub in master wasn’t draining correctly, laundry room light doesn’t work all the time, clock needs battery in downstairs and we took the chairs and beach umbrella only to find out the umbrella was completely trash when we tried to open it so needless to say we didn’t have shade for the day at the beach. You may want to remedy that since it is summer. But, otherwise we will definitely rebook with y’all. Again thanks for the fun. The Dunns June 05

Beach umbrellas are not a standard amenity we provide, and it was probably left by a previous guest. It has been disposed of accordingly. Reviewer Comments: Pros: We had a great overall stay at 47 Ocean Breeze - a very good location - a pleasant walk to the beach - attractive and well maintained grounds - two bikes were provided- a very well maintained and clean outdoor pool with lounge chairs - we found it to be very peaceful/quiet at nighttime. A really nice comfortable bed. The layout of this home is very nice with nice furniture and a big T.V. in every room, we especially appreciated the large T.V. in the living room area and the C.D.'s provided and that Cable T.V. was provided. Cons: We do not use Teflon coated pots so it was inconvenient to have them even though a new set was so kindly dropped off to us, however we purchased two stainless steel pots and a salad spinner to get by. It would have been helpful if there was a blender on site and a salad spinner (we decided to leave it there for you). The downstairs ceiling vents need attention and the upstairs shower caulking needs attention. Closet floors needed cleaning and wire shelving needed cleaning, there were 8 hangers so we purchased some and left them there. The bottom drawer of the oven had drips of oven cleaner in it and was unusable.

Loved the place! It was quant and lovely. Great walkway to the beach. Management company was super responsive and came same day for anything I needed. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Just short walk to the beach and with the buggy and chairs available for us to use was wonderful. We also enjoyed the bikes every day. We definitely recommend this place for anyone. The island rental company was great to work with too. They took care of us. We are retired now so we will definitely be back 🙌

Condo is decorated so cute! Very beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed with the exception of coffee filters. But that’s what paper towels are for! Ocean Breezes is a fantastic location.

Very nice condo, plenty of room for a family of 4. It’s in a great location! 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 minutes walk. Biked and walked everywhere! Comfortable beds. Air conditioning works great!

This place was definitely worth the money. Everything was as described. We would stay again if it was available on our next visit but unfortunately it is booked! We loved the location, nice neighborhood, and enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs provided.

We were so very happy with our accommodations. The unit was spotless and had so many amenities. We loved the beachy decor. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was an added bonus. And of course, having bikes and beach chairs available made it even better. We would definitely rent this unit again. The only thing that I could have used was a one or two cup measuring cup. There might have been one but I couldn't locate it. Thank you for an enjoyable week at the beach!

The owners have gone out of their way to give this property a beach house look and feel. It was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable! Convenient to Coligny Beach on foot or using the provided bicycles.

This is a nice place to stay. It is also centrally located to the beach, Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines. They had plenty of dishes, silverware and all things needed to cook with. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great property and experience. The property was clean and check in was easy. Great spot to visit Hilton Head, a deck over looking one of the properties community pools, a 10 minute walk to the new park and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access.
