The weather was absolutely great. The unit could use less stuff in the cupboards and pantry so you have room to put groceries and items that were brought.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week - weather was fantastic. Condo location was great for our stay. Had some problems with the TVs. Contacted Management company and they assisted. There wasn't much space to put our groceries etc as the cupboards and pantry were full with many duplicate appliances and dishes. Closets were full with many many extra bedding. Didn't leave much room for our personal stuff.

My three boys and I enjoyed our stay! They loved how close it was to the beach, The Shops, Frosty Frog, etc. They loved having the bikes to use and a pool basically in the back yard.
Overall a lovely place to stay!
We’ll be back next year for sure!

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed everything. The pool is in your backyard and loved the bikes! It is in a walkable safe community. We really enjoyed walking or biking to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Location was nice, not an easy walk to the beach. Just a short drive for free parking, splash pad & beach access. Villa was clean, nice, comfortable & quiet. Family atmosphere & very welcoming. Felt like home Wi-Fi was horrible, very little service. Unable to get access on laptop for work. TV kept loosing service, hard to watch an entire movie without interruption.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs/wagon were great and we took advantage of having the bikes. We did contact the management company about one minor thing and they were super responsive. If you need a large/sturdy umbrella I would suggest renting that, there is one in the unit but it isn't great if it is a bit windy. Perfect time on Hilton Head.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my rental experience with my family. The place was clean and inviting. There was a pool directly behind us but it didn’t cause noise issues honestly. We also didn’t go to the pool because we spent most of our time at the beach and on the bicycles. Once we got to the location, I pretty much parked my car for three days and used the bicycles. That was a nice inclusion to the property. Bikes only took 5-10 min to the beach or other locations. I didn’t have any contact with staff outside of people coming to clean the last day. While I wish they didn’t show up at 0915a when checkout is at 1000a (anxiety and all) I do understand a bit. The young ladies waited patiently for us to exit though. Overall i would definitely return to this location. The only thing I could recommend for the property is possibly a dog park nearby or if there is one... directions to it.

If you prefer a pool, there is a pool just out the back door. This is a quiet neighborhood and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The condo is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you decide to stay in and cook. We would certainly stay here again.

The villa was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with clean towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. There was plenty of space for all. The location was perfect- a short walk or bike ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and the community pool is right out the back door. It was so nice to have 4 bikes available which my family used every day! The only small problem, was that our grill was not working. Management responded promptly and brought a replacement grill the following day.

My wife and I stayed here and had a great vacation. Everything was as described and the inclusion of beach chairs and bikes really made our stay perfect. The short walk to the beach is something that you do not get at many places. I would highly recommend this unit and return to it in the future.

It’s a short bike ride to Coligny Circle/Shopping Center and the Alder beach access. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the stay. In fact, we are looking to return in January 2023. If not to this property, then one and the same vicinity that allows dogs.

We had originally booked this listing but the owner was having work done on it, so they set us up in a different, larger unit. We were thrilled with the property - very spacious and came stocked with all the essentials (more than just started packs as described!). Few issues arose with the dryer and disposal and they sent maintenance out very quickly to fix the problems. Management was very friendly and helpful. We had an infant, toddler and grandparents with us for the week and the condo was set up so well for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is exactly as described, the pool is literally in your backyard, and it was clean and very well stocked upon arrival. Easy rental process. Treetops is a large complex, and it was a little hard to find, and the only complaint I have is the parking is terrible. I have a large SUV, and could barely get into and out of the parking spots, they are so close together. The bikes were great, this villa is in the very back of the complex, so when they say it takes 5 minutes to bike ride to the beach, thats not true, it takes a few minutes just to get to the front of the complex, then your several blocks to the beach via bikes, going into the Coligny Beach access. I would say a 10 minute bike ride from villa to beach. Coligny Plaza has everything, shops, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream places, we really didn't get in our car unless we went to Harbor Town, which is only 3 miles away. We love Hilton Head, and can't wait to visit again. I would recommend this villa.

Mattress a bit hard, but other than that it was a really nice place. Decorated in a beachy decor made it feel homey.

Booked this villa based on the pictures and the promise of being close to the pool. Pictures are accurate and the view and closeness to the pool were correct, it is very bright and sunny inside the house. We used the bikes that were provided. There are shops and restaurants close by and are within walking distance or you can ride your bike. Kitchen had everything we needed. Want to come back in the summer to try the beach.

We loved our stay at 48 Ocean Breeze, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. It is very nicely decorated and we had anything we could need to cook. The condo overlooks the pool and the view from the master bedroom is really nice at night with the pool lights on. We loved the bikes that were provided, used them everyday. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and the beach chairs were nice also. We will definitely be back!!!
