This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and certainly won’t be our last! There is so much to do and see around the island and specifically in the Sea Pines community where this home is located. We enjoyed dinners at The Salty Dog and also The Crazy Crab in Sea Pines. The walk to the beach is easy and enjoyable with a ramp across the dunes rather than stairs!
We would happily stay in this HHI home again and hope to be back soon!

Great house to stay in for our week in Hilton Head - we love Sea Pines as well. Beautiful and great location. Loved having beach chairs and bikes already available for us in the garage and that a beautiful beach was only a 5-10 minute walk from the house (situated on a really quiet street).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on HHI and the house on 5 cannon row was just the right size and location for us with 4 teenagers! The inclusion of 4 bikes in our rental price was a nice add!

I was not aware that the house had such a relaxing and peaceful view of the pond behind it. Very pleasantly surprised! That was my favorite part of the home. Riding the bikes to the beach was also very convenient.

Very nice property. The house could be a little cleaner overall. The outside stair to the lagoon must be fixed. I was almost following down when I stepped down. The steps are sloping down. In overall my family enjoyed the stay very much.

We love having the grill available as we like to buy fresh caught and cook. The short walk to the beach is perfect for little legs and older dogs. Love that it is dog friendly. Garage is great for loading/unloading. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

Couldn't have asked for anything more. The check-in process (including getting the Sea Pines permit) was simple and very clear. The house was exactly as advertised and met our expectation perfectly. Would love to come back again.

We enjoyed family meals in the kitchen and thought the location was nice. Easy to get to the beach and the bike trails. The view of the pond was nice during morning coffee. It was a little tricky getting the TVs figured out, but we got it sorted. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Overall, a great place for families to grab a little beach time together.

Nice, spacious, clean home on quiet street. Last minute family trip to Hilton Head for a refresh on the ocean. Close to beach and activities. Bikes and chairs were used daily. Quiet yard and great for barbecuing

Table big enough for 8 and common area big enough for 6 or 8. Could sleep 8 with sleeper sofa. Beautiful big picture window was nice to stare out onto lagoon and relax. Back patio also nice to let the work melt away. Bike rental included was convenient. Will be returning for sure. Master bed to soft for us, guest queen was good and twins were hard but comfortable. Great neighbors and friendly streets surrounding.

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean and inviting home. Bedrooms were roomy, great closets and common areas were spacious too. Loved seeing wildlife from kitchen/den and relaxing on back deck was so peaceful. Biked everywhere and walk to beach was so easy too. Suggestions would be to upgrade light switches, provide coffee filter and consider new mattresses. They were clean just not very supportive. House was great for our dog too-thank you!

We really loved this house and this area of Sea Pines! House was very spacious with all 3 BR spread out and all with their own bathrooms. Huge kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room and garage for the bikes - that were provided with the rental. Walking distance to most uncrowded beach area in Sea Pines. Easy bike rides to South Beach, Harbortown and Beach Club. We look forward to staying there again!!

We enjoyed staying there this time as well but decided to leave on Wed. Sept 28 due to impending hurricane. We are 80 years old and don't have much daring do left so we came home incase the storm took a direct hit. We. morning the storm track was forecasting a direct hit on Hilton Head so we are out of having a good time for 7 nights. No your fault and we are not complaining.We like to cook most of our meals in the house. The MICROWAVE on the counter top is worn out and barely working. It doesn't heat well and many of the touch pad number buttons do not work. Cannot set power level and cannot set accurate cook times.We pant to come over again later this fall and hope to stay at 5 Cannon Row so would be nice to have a microwave that worked correctly.Thank you for helping us with our visits to Hilton Head over the years.

This is a great place for a family to stay. Large rooms. Convenient to beach and pool, but still in a quiet and secluded location. Communication with property management was quick, efficient, and accurate.

It was a great property. Our only complaint is that we told someone that was there doing a repair when we got there that there were numerous centipedes there and he said it would be taken care of, but it never was.

Pretty easy to find after getting Sea Pines pass off site. Well maintained, shortish walk to beach. Bikes, chairs etc were nice add on. Close to Harbor Town, good restaurants etc. Note; my son is a chef and cooked steelhead trout on a cast iron skillet one night in the oven setting off the smoke alarm. DON'T! It's really, really loud and even after calling the rental company and attempting a reset-nothing worked to shut it off. It did eventually shut off but wow, it sucked. We used the grill after that, which was fine. Nice place for families with pets, A++

We spent a week with our 3 adult girls. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. We loved the 4 bikes and the grill. The house was very clean and had a lot of nice personal touches. I would definitely stay here again!

Here for a tennis tournament. The accomodations were just as advertied. The rental bikes in good shape. The bike paths and beach are beautiful. Great entertainment, lots of outdoor seating and good food & service. There was a bit of construction in Harbourtown and a lot more people than we expected- but we saw the dolphins swim by and enjoyed being among folks after so many months of lockdowns.

We LOVED the location of this house and the set-up of the home. Great bedroom configurations and the kitchen is fabulous. SO CLOSE to the beach and the bike trails. Really loved the location! Only downfall was there was evidence that cats had recently been in the property - cat hair under the bed and on one couch. We understood that the house was dog friendly, but not open to cats. Our whole family is allergic to cats so sneezing and itchy eyes during our stay. Otherwise the property was truly amazing! Wonderfully peaceful views from the back porch without worrying about alligators. Fabulous stay!
