We loved the house! It was clean, comfortable and was located close to Harbor Town, South Beach and the beach. We also appeciated the bikes that came with the house!

This is a great vacation home in a nice tucked away spot. Perfect for our quick getaway between Christmas and New Years. We loved the nice open living area and the bedrooms were a perfect size for our family. Great to have the bikes included as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great little getaway for fall break! We had the best time riding bikes, fishing, playing tennis! The house was wonderful! So pretty and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. This is the best neighborhood!

Greenwood Forest is overall a great location to everything: Harbourtown, the beach, and Sea Pines Center. The house’s accommodations were great- loved the open living/ kitchen area, and it truly was a great place to watch sporting events! Huge TV and a big comfy couch. The kitchen had good assortment of utensils and great quality pots and pans. Outdoor firepit was a plus as well. The mattress in master bedroom was fantastic- so comfortable. The only negatives were that it’s in the “ forest”, it’s very dark and somewhat depressing/ lawn care not great. Also outdoor porch area smelled musty and had to keep the door shut to not smell it.

Very nice home in Greenwood Forest, perfect for my wife and I, while escaping for 2 months from Michigan winter. Clean and mostly well equipped (kitchen could be better supplied, I mean you gotta have a corkscrew in the drawer...). Management was very responsive to a couple very minor issues (trash was not picked up regularly). A big positive was the fact that rental bikes are at the home - we used them everyday !! Would more than likely rent it again. Sea Pines is a fantastic area, with lots to do “inside the gate”.

The house was good, well appointed and clean. We always enjoy the greenwood neighborhood location within Sea Pines. The check in process to locate the voucher for the car pass was annoying as it was hard to find and we had trouble getting Island Rentals on the phone. Also the oven didn't work in the unit, we messaged through the VRBO app about this but never heard anything further.

Thank you for your feedback. We wish you would have called us about your oven issues, as we never received a message from VRBO. We checked the oven after your departure and found that the lock had been pressed for the controls. The oven is functioning properly.

Island Rentals of Hilton Head staff

My husband and I spent the month of February in a beautifully furnished home. It was spotless and bright. We enjoyed the bike paths and the tennis court. It was an easy walk to Sea Pines Center. We have been visiting HH for years and this has been one of our favorite places to stay.

The home is great- it was very clean, well equipped, and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend bringing your own pillows though.

House is perfect location to play all three golf courses of the sea pines resort. Outdoor patio was great for hanging out and telling stories. Nice large screen TV in living room for watching sports.

The rental was clean and well stocked. However the large coffee pot was not user friendly. Luckily there was a back up keurig. The area was great with lots to do for all ages. I would go back again and stay in the same home��.
