This is our third year staying here, this house is great for our family. We really enjoy biking around Sea Pines and it is very convenient that bikes are included with the house. (The bikes are in good shape and have been changed since last year)We hope to be back again.

Great location in the center of Sea Pines. Walking distance to the beach and a short bike ride to the salty dog. We enjoyed the screen porch in the mornings and the comfortable, oversized couch in the evenings. The partial shade at the community pool was lovely on a hot day. The hosting company was helpful and quick to respond.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for the family to hang out in the living room together. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was especially comfortable and we slept great every night!

House was exactly as it appeared. Rental company communicated promptly. We did attempt to wash a load of towels- that didn’t go so well but company promptly supplied us with fresh towels. We would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home in Greenwood Forest, perfect for my wife and I, while escaping for 2 months from Michigan winter. Clean and mostly well equipped (kitchen could be better supplied, I mean you gotta have a corkscrew in the drawer...). Management was very responsive to a couple very minor issues (trash was not picked up regularly). A big positive was the fact that rental bikes are at the home - we used them everyday !! Would more than likely rent it again. Sea Pines is a fantastic area, with lots to do “inside the gate”.

Island Rentals was very responsive despite the large number of rentals they have. It was quite remarkable to have the level of service they provided. They were extremely responsive over the holidays and always answered our phone calls and returned with answers. Their follow up was impeccable and I will not hesitate to rent one of their properties again.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. The house is as pictured and the rental company is very thorough with info sent before arrival. The location allowed easy access to Harbortown and Sea Pines Beach Club.

We celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday with a couple of her friends and our family. 5 Hollyberry Ln. was the perfect place for us. Master bed and bedroom were comfortable along with the open kitchen, dining area, and family room. Excellent backyard with grill and portable propane fireplace. 4 beach bikes came with the rental and we used them daily. It’s a short bike ride to the beach and Harbor Town. The screened in porch was a nice place to relax bug free.

Love going to HHI! Great family spot. House is in great location with easy bike ride to everything. House is exactly as description. Great back deck for grilling. Property management group is awesome. Super easy and very responsive to our inquires. One recommendation to owner is have the gutters cleaned as have some small trees growing out of them.

We enjoyed the bike paths and the tennis court. It was an easy walk to Sea Pines Center. We have been visiting HH for years and this has been one of our favorite places to stay.

This house is in a great location between the beach and harbor town by bike easily as well as the salty dog cafe. More passes are needed for guest and it is difficult to obtain them once on property. Renter should receive two weekly passes for vehicles, not one. Management was responsive to call about TV not working properly and came onsite to fix it timely. Great location for family vacation near beach, pool, restaurants. Everything accessible by bikes. The bikes with the rental are an added benefit!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Our family has stayed in Sea Pines many times over the years. This house has it all! The house is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood (Greenwood Forest),which is centrally located between the beach, Harbourtown, and South Beach Marina. We visited all three areas and used the bikes that were at the house. We also used the Greenwood Forest tennis courts, even though renters have the option to play on the clay courts at South Beach Racquet Club through the owner's membership. We have a young baby though, so we decided to stay close to the house on our walks and bike rides. The sea pines trails will take you almost anywhere you want to go, and they are a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the fresh air. We have always loved that about Sea Pines. This house has screened in porch that looks brand new and is attractively furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, and tables. We spent most of our time out there because the weather was so nice. My wife and the baby often napped in the screened in porch because it was so comfortable and the weather was perfect. The rest of the house is just as nice. The furniture looks new, but is very cozy. We also didn't miss any college football. The owners had a great cable package (which we have found is not the case in all rentals), and the living room has a huge 60 inch flat screen hdtv. All the bedrooms have tvs as well. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean, all appliances were either new or in perfect working order, and the furniture was super comfy (this is a must for my wife who loves to relax and nap while on vacation). The location of the house is great as there are many amenities around it. Last of all, it was a great price. We have stayed in many rentals over the year, but 5 Hollyberry Lane has been our best overall experience!

I stayed at 5 Hollyberry for a girl's weekend in April. The home was well-kept and maintained as well as updated. We really enjoyed drinking coffee in the screened in porch, riding the bikes provided, and playing tennis at the club. The house had all the amenities we could ask for! Great communal dining space and comfortable beds. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Everything was as stated at the home. The property is very clean and maintained. The screened in porch is definitely a plus. We enjoyed riding the bikes, playing tennis and going to the pool. The beach is a short distance away. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to return again.

We stayed at 5 Hollyberry for Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing getaway. It has a perfect location between Harbour Town and South Beach in Sea Pines - close to all of our favorite spots. It’s a short bike ride to the beautiful beach club, or a 10-15 minute walk. The owner provides many nice amenities like bike rentals, access to tennis and pool and provides beach chairs. All came in very handy for us during our stay since we flew in. The house was updated and spotless. Comfy beds and couches. Cute beach decor. Finally, the most impressive part about this house was the screened-in porch. Such a serene spot to read a book or enjoy a bottle of wine. Only complaints are: 1- that we arrived pretty late and sea pines guest pass building wasn’t open (11pm ish). We had to go back to get it the next day which was slightly inconvenient and 2- some of the locks to the French doors of the house that lead to the outside are a little difficult to use. I highly recommend this place and will be returning.
