Designed for easy coastal living, the home features an open-concept layout with a light-soaked living room, decorative fireplace, and seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in island and dining table—perfect for gathering after a day on the island. A dedicated laundry room on the main level adds everyday convenience.

The main-level primary suite serves as a private retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, and a peaceful sunroom ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family or friends—one with a Queen and Twin bed, and the other with a King bed—sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Step outside to the back deck and cook out on the gas grill, or take advantage of the home's two-car garage for easy storage. Guests also enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, just a five-minute walk away, along with four complimentary adult bicycles and six backpack beach chairs for effortless days exploring the island. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Loved this home and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years and stayed in numerous rentals. This home was beautiful and exceptionally clean throughout. We always bring our dogs on vacation and both of them felt comfortable in this home. I love the location in Sea Pines and that it’s located on a dead end cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to friends.
