Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall wonderful stay at 53 Forest Gardens. This review is from the perspective of a mom staying with her 3 kids - ages 7-13. The place was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to the community pool, bike trails, the beach, and nearby restaurants and activities and good availability of on-site parking. We all felt safe and at ease. It was very accommodating for a week's time, and we didn't feel like anything was missing (but note that we didn't cook in the villa much). We loved having access to the two bikes and easily rented one for another child through the same bike rental place (conveniently dropped off/picked up bike for us at this rental). The owner was very helpful to answer my questions leading up to the stay, and the management company rep helped us out when we first had trouble opening the door to access the villa. The bike locks at the rental were also a little tricky due to outdoor exposure (hard to turn the dial to unlock using the code), so that is just a minor recommendation to look to try to change out for newer locks. I'd recommend this villa to a friend, and I'm glad we took the chance to stay here!

Das Appartement war geräumig und schön eingerichtet, sowie sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Pool und Umgebung hätten gepflegter sein können.

I've rented many vacation homes, from east coast to west coast, and this charming condo felt more like home than any of the others. I paid attention to previous reviews, particularly the kitchen because my spouse and I are experienced cooks, and to the bed because I have chronic back problems. I found the kitchen to be fully equipped: new major appliances, full, high-end Cuisinart pot/pan set, full glassware bake set (we made a cake), two full sets of glass mixing bowls, full Cuisinart knife set, two full drawers of cooking utensils, Ninja blender, Ninja air fryer/toaster oven, pop-up toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and full flatware, glassware, and eating utensils. We cooked full meals from scratch all week. I pulled the sheets off the mattress and found a fairly new king set with plush pillow top. Although the pillow top was soft, the bed was supportive and I had no back problems during or after the the trip. The condo's proximity to the beach, shopping, Celebration Park, Sea Pines, and Harbourtown make the location just perfect. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable pull-out bed, smart TV, DVDs, and board games. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and air conditioning units worked perfectly. Neighborhood was private, quiet, and beautifully wooded. I really want this review to do this property justice. Since I live so close, I'll be coming out often.

We would definitely stay here again. The rate was great and the location was perfect we seemed to be in the center of everything we wanted to do. Everything was a short walk, bike ride or drive.

Perfect condo for our family stay. My son loved his bedroom. The directions to the beach were very clear and we were so grateful for the chairs, the boogie board, the tent and especially the cart as lugging everything including a restless toddler made it so much easier. The Condo is nicely decorated and remodeled. Everything was beyond top notch we loved our first visit to Hilton Head Island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nicely decorated condo and it was very clean! My negatives would be limited kitchen items for cooking. It had only the very basic necessities so great for those who eat out. Also the king mattress in the master needs to be replaced. It was comfortably worn to fit the mold of someone’s body. This condo is definitely worth the price and I would stay here again if mattress was replaced.

My wife and I had a great time! Stayed for a week. Check in was easy, property was just as advertised, and can definitely recommend the location. Very easy walk to the beach, and the cart/beach chairs provided made it even easier! Plenty of kitchen items that we were able to make about half our meals in the house. Thanks for having us!
