A wonderful stay in an excellent property! Immaculately clean with great view of the golf course and ample room for the four of us (two couples) with room for two additional people. Having bikes readily accessible at the property was a huge plus! Only wish a few basic condiments could have been provided to make cooking a bit easier. Look forward to a return stay in the future!

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! The townhome met all of our needs and was incredibly clean. Easy access to all of of our favorite spots and having bikes available was a definite plus! Would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay this past weekend. The unit is perfectly located and was very clean. We had enough room for all of us on the patio overlooking the golf course. The media room/den was a nice gathering spot. Only drawback was no 1/2 bath on the first floor.Beds were very comfortable but the sofa bed was not. It should be replaced. Also, some basic spices and condiments would be great but perhaps they get tossed by the cleaners each time? Some tupperware/food storage would be great Overall the kitchen is very well stocked but we were surprised there wasn't a cheese grater!

Some friends and I stayed here during the Heritage golf tournament. It’s just a few minutes from Harbour Town. Spacious and clean with a nice view of the adjacent golf course. Place was as advertised.

Our stay at 53 Woodbine Villas was very nice. Many updates have been done to this unit. The location is excellent for Sea Pones beach club as well as biking to Harbor Town. We will definitely keep this unit on our short list!

HHI is a great spot and this rental had what we needed - tons of couches, 3 showers, plenty of space, a well-supplied kitchen, good W/D. Boys loved being right on Atlantic Dunes and a short ride/drive from the Clubhouse, and range. Had lots of space for clubs, beach gear, games. Only issues were an older grill we couldn't get above 225, lack of dark shades in upstairs' bedrooms.

Great location. Very convenient to golf, beach, and Harbour Town. Very clean and well kept place with lots of room. Not an issue, but would be good to know if you could add additional bikes beyond 4 provided. Would stay here again.

Also we liked how updated the kitchen and baths are! Another bonus is each bedroom has its own private attached bath. The location is close enough to walk or bike to the Beach Club and easily bike-able to South Beach.

The location is ideal- so close to Atlantic Dunes driving range, the ocean , and all the restaurants near the Marriott Monarch. The property Mgr response to small problems ( a ceiling leak) was excellent and solved quickly. We would love to have a bigger patio like the other villas beside us, that’s really the only downfall of this location. Other side comment is that the refrigerator water filter needs to be changed- the light was blinking during this most recent stay as well as our stay in Feb

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the villa, the decor, and location. We loved it so much that we booked it for a fall visit as well as next spring. So close to the beach as well as Plantation Club and Sea Pines restaurants. The villa does have a heating/ cooling problem with the upstairs but we solved it by closing all of the vents upstairs. The kitchen needs additional supplies, such as a broiler pan, 13x9 pans, and bigger serving bowls for pasta plus other items. The cleaning crew needed to clean the thick dust on the ceiling fan in the main living area. The refrigerator needed new filters. The property has a grill but it was stored away- would like to be able to use it. Would be nice to have a small chair in the master bedroom. The property Mgr. does respond well to any needs.

Charming, beach feel, very comfortable and very well thought out. The convenience of having bikes was a bonus. It’s been 35 years since we ride bikes & we had a blast every morning riding on the beach. Can’t wait to bring out adult kids back here. Highly recommend !!!

We had a very nice time and loved this villa. It is very close to the Sea Pines Beach Club (5' by bike, 1' car) and you could ride your bike easily to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to restaurants (5-10'). Only negatives are the beds which are on the firm side. The master bed is very very hard and was uncomfortable. I would suggest bringing your own mattress topper. Wish there was more back patio space to sit outside and relax since it is a nice golf view. Overall, great place and the updates are beautiful.

We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. It was the perfect size and set up for our family. The location was great. It was close to the beach and had wonderful areas to explore using the bike trails. We really enjoyed the bikes. Management was great. We had an issue upon arrival with the cleanliness of the floors and they immediately responded and sent a crew to take care of things. We look forward to staying here again some time.

Very comfortable stay and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Only recommendation to owner is to include some sort of area to wash off outside of the unit to limit sand getting in. I would rate this as a fall back property but if it is renovated it would definitely be my top choice. Island Rentals is by far the "Best Rental Company on the Island"! We loved having the bikes available to ride whenever and where ever we wanted to go. My only complaint was I tried reaching out to the management company twice, once by phone and once by email and got no response. Luckily it was nothing major. FYI the Kureig coffee maker does not work with the new Kcups. Make sure you bring an adaptor or plan on punching holes in the bottom each time.

We could not have been happier with our first vacation as a family of 3. We LOVED the location, feel and ease of the rental . We instantly felt at ease with our choice. Everything was incredibly clean and baby friendly, yet perfect for my husband and I to also enjoy our stay . Easy access (drive, bike and walk, we did all three!) to South beach, the beach club and harbor town - we'll be back!
