Wonderful stay! The location is perfect with many restaurants, the pool, and the beach easily walkable. The condo had all the amenities you need. comfy beds, plenty of towels, and a well appointed kitchen. The view is amazing and just as pictured in the condo info. We will definitely be back.

We picked this condo based on all the great reviews and I am happy to say that our experience was flawless, as well. A couple small hiccups in the stay were resolved very quickly by Dan, who was very pleasant. Things to know about this condo- master bdrm has a fantastic ocean view, even from the bed. The second bdrm has two beds and is much darker- great for kids. Large bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit with starter supply of detergent. Bikes are great! We waited a few days to figure the bikes out and wish we had done so, earlier. They are comfortable cruisers and fun to ride on the beach at low tide. Large spacious living area with tv’s that are new enough to cast shows. Very clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this villa but the villa does need some updating. It does seem well traveled. It was clean for sure, but the closet doors need replacing, there should be some updating throughout the villa, the toilet would not flush without holding the handle down until it full flushed in the master, one of the stove nobs was broken, the villa needs more service pieces/platters. People like to host friends and there were no trays to put out cheese and crackers, etc. In the future I would probably look for a little more updated villa even if I have to pay more. The building was very nice although I wish there was a grill. Thanks

Had a great week+ at Shorewood Villas on the top floor. 2 couples fit very nicely with separate bathrooms each. The extras were a nice touch - 4 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and TVs with cable were all great. The internet there was fast and solid. Parking was easy, and the walk to Cologne on the beach was easy.

This location is prefect for family as everyone can walk/bike to nearby shop and restaurants. If you want to run, you can go miles outward on paved sidewalk

This condo is just as described. Very clean! The pictures are accurate. Beautiful view!!! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a vacation at the beach. I gave it a four on check in because they need to give a more detailed explanation of how to operate the key code lock and be more specific about where information is located in the condo. That part was very confusing for me. But I just called the # listed in the paper work. They were very helpful and my problems were solved quickly. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

The ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful. It was nice to have beach chairs and bicycles included so we didn't have to rent those things. Shorewood is a nice spot with a great pool, close to everything but still quiet. We will be back!

Meet up place with family for a few days to relax! Second stay at Shorewood and love the views and location the best! We can park and walk everywhere. This unit came with bikes which was awesome to bike down the beach. A real plus! The unit was clean comfortable and had all we needed. Only negative was the elevator was out of commission the last two days and we were 5th floor!

The unit is spacious and very clean and well stocked. Loved that there were already bikes ready to go! The starter supplies they give you were perfect. Everything was wonderful for our stay in Hilton Head. Property was clean, the grounds were well maintained and secure with gate access. We were a few minutes walk from Coligny Plaza and right on the beach. The condo was bigger than expected and had a great kitchen with a washer and dryer that came in very handy. The host was responsive to all our questions and was quick to provide assistance while there. Overall fantastic experience.

The condo is in a wonderful location, the beach is right there and it’s also within walking distance to shopping. We loved waking up and having our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the ocean. We’ve stayed at many ocean front condos but this one was probably my favorite and it was due to the little things. We liked having the bikes and beach chairs included and the beach toys in the front closet were a bonus. I greatly appreciated all of the hooks in the bathrooms (walls and inside the shower) and the clothes rack on the balcony for drying our bathing suits and towels. Most places don’t have that and things get cluttered and messy fast. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances and I appreciated the fact that the freezer had both an ice maker and ice trays (we go through ice fast when we’re at the beach). The bags of toiletries in the bathroom were very kind and helpful since we didn’t go to the grocery store immediately. Overall, we had everything we needed to be able to decompress and relax.I liked the atmosphere of the whole complex, very family friendly and comfortable. The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and we enjoyed some morning entertainment watching the palm trees getting trimmed while we had breakfast on the balcony. If we decide to revisit HHI, this is definitely the place we will be staying!!

Reviewer Comments: this was our first time picking a condo that was not in palmetto dunes. we loved the condo. close to the beach and a lovely pool. the kids park is a 5 minute walk. restaurants are a 5 minute walk. what else could we want. everything was clean. there were chairs and bikes provided. we did not hear any noises from neighbors. the beds were comfortable. no complaints! great vacation

The location is great for families with the beach in front of you and the large pirate ship playground a short walk behind. It’s really nice having two full bathrooms and a small washer/dryer in unit as well. The property managers are really easy to work with too. The balcony is nice enough and it’s wonderful being able to hear the ocean without anyone stomping around above you; top floor is key. We rarely wait more than a minute for the elevator. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. The only potential downside could be if you like to cook; the kitchen is functional for cold meals, but we don’t rely on it for hot meals beyond what fits in the toaster oven. We’ve already booked Shorewood for 2024.

We stayed in this condo in Mid March with 2 adults and 2 teens. The condo was absolutely perfect. Pool was open and heated and hot tub was great on the cooler nights. Condo is clean and comfortable. We were given a starter pack of dish soap, laundry soap, some toiletries etc. which was really nice to have. The sunrise view on the balcony it was really made our stay awesome! The location of the condo is perfect, walking distance to Coligny shops and restaurants, and celebration park and right on the biking/walking trails. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: location, location, location! We loved the easy access to the beach, dining and shopping. Having bikes included with the rental made it enjoyable to access these amenities in a variety of transportation methods. Space - there was plenty of space for my family of four to spread out and have time to relax when we wanted to stay indoors Cons: there are just a few spots in the condo that could use a fresh coat of paint or a deeper clean. Staying in October, we are aware that we are renting toward the end of the season and this may very well be something that’s done over the winter months. Not a big concern unless it’s not addressed for guests in the spring.

Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of extra supplies our unit had - things that many rentals don't include that really make the overall experience great - black out curtains, power strips with multiple outlets to plug devices in on night stand, ample hooks to hang wet towels/swimsuits and even a plethora of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a high powered blender! I'd also like to mention the great customer service from the property management group. I had left a necklace there and called a day after we had left. The property manager did everything in his power to locate it, including calling the cleaners and searching for it in the unit himself. Not only was he very helpful but also seemed like he cared. We will definitely stay here again.

We had another great trip to Hilton Head. Shorewood is a great place to stay. We had a great view and could hear the sounds of the ocean and see the ocean from the bedroom, living room and of course the balcony. It is a great location with a great pool and easy beach access. We will definitely go back when our favorite spot at The Breakers is booked.

This is a great place for a vacation. Very clean and fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee pot was missing the basket and I called the property manager and had a new coffee maker with in 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly.

The beach was a short walk as well. The location was perfect, a short walk to shops & restaurants at Coligny. We really enjoyed the live music at the Sandbar. We used the bicycles a few times and rode up and down the beach which was very cool. The bikes don't have the best brakes, but we really enjoyed using them. The pool/hot tub area was excellent as well. The property is very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 just stayed in this condo for a week and it was great. The condo was very clean and has a great a view of the pool and ocean. It is exactly as described and pictured. Fully equipped kitchen, we even cooked a few nights, which is rare for us! Would stay here again.
