Centrally located with easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines beach club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island is not much more than a bike ride away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music.

Newly Renovated Sea Pines Beach Club is only minutes away. Everything you need for a fun filled day in one place, food, refreshments and activities for the entire family. Please note: From March thru September, guests must take the free beach shuttle to the beach club. No parking at the beach club is allowed. A shuttle map and guide is included in your welcome folder.

This home is pet friendly, up to 2 dogs permitted with additonal pet fee.

* Please note. This home only has space for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking anywhere besides the driveway is not permitted and vehicles will be fined by the community. Additional vehicles may park at the overflow lot in Sea Pines as long as a valid car pass is purchased.

Awesome place

We had a great time at HH ! House was perfect for us and our dog. Location was great. I took my dog for walks and rode the bike with my daughter ! No complains ! Everything was good !

A great stay away

Our family loved our stay on Hilton Head. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great visit and would certainly stay at this home again.

Perfect Sea Pines Location! Great House!

This cozy and thoughtfully furnished Lawton Woods rental was the perfect home-away-from-home for a memorable family getaway! Excellent quiet location inside Sea Pines- we rode bikes just about everywhere (Beach, Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, Sea Pines Center, etc). Although the house is not located directly on the beach, it’s a short distance. We enjoyed being able to take walks to the beach in the mornings and rode bikes in the afternoon with our beach stuff.
The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, the living area was too (great couch). We were also pleased to find a selection of board games and books, which were a nice touch. The kids loved hanging out in the bonus room and it gave us adults a chance to unwind a little on our own in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus and had everything we needed to prepare meals, from basic utensils to high-quality appliances. The owners also included beach chairs and adult bikes that we gladly used and then rented smaller ones for the kids.
The management team was responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. We felt well taken care of, no issues.
This rental was perfect for a family vacation, it provided us with everything we needed, and is worth considering! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay on Hilton Head Island

House was just as described. Very clean and with a lot of amenities nearby such as beach and pool access. Driveway needs some work as there is loose chunks of concrete that would pose tripping hazards. Other than that wonderful place to stay.
