It was a beautifully renovated unit. 10-15 min walk to the beach was perfect! Lots of places to sleep. We loved the bikes and beach chairs and the hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed help with an extra car for parking.
The WiFi did not work well upstairs if it even connected, so I couldn’t connect anything for my baby (monitors, etc) so that was a bummer and the unit was surface level clean but definitely could use a more thorough clean!
Overall this was a great place to stay with a group and location was great!

This is one of the best homes we've ever stayed in! It was clean and updated and had everything we could possibly need! It was a very short bike ride away from the beach. The bikes came with it, and there were boogie boards and beach chairs too! The kitchen was very well stocked. The double shower was awesome! There was plenty of room for us to relax; we felt right at home! We will definitively try to get this home next year!!

The villa was clean and nicely decorated. Close enough to the beach and walkable paths throughout the resort. Enough space for our group of 7 and can’t forget to mention the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds, which was incredible. My daughter loved it. We did have one minor hiccup but it was taken care of quickly! We enjoyed our time and would come back again.

Great rental unit in Palmetto Dunes! Absolutely beautiful furnishings and very spacious, plenty of room for us and our 5 kids. Plenty of amenities included, lots of towels, dishes, pots/pans, utencils, coffee pot, toaster. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we loved it. We especially appreciated the 4 bikes that came with the unit. I requested a baby seat from the bike company and they delivered it right to our door! We biked everyday and rode to the local beach about 5 min away. This unit is in a perfect location, easy beach access and great restaurants right across the street. We hope to rent this unit again!

The pictures do not do it justice. Obvious the unit was remodeled recently, and is gorgeous and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family. Bikes included and beach chairs (4). Island Rentals always takes very good care of us. We've stayed in multiple units at Queens Grant and this was by far the nicest. We loved staying here and will be back!

The renovation to this unit was stunning! The updated appliances and decor added a fresh/clean atmosphere. Stocked with all the pots, pans utensils you could possibly need and the abundance of towels and blankets was perfect! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The updates to the unit are first class. Everything was beautiful and VERY comfortable. We wanted to take the sofa home with us. There were 6 adults, and we all had a comfy place to sit and play board games. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here for work and it has a great bonus of being a short walk to the beach and few restaurants for pleasure! There is a lot of room for families or groups with the bunk room. You'll need to bring your own provisions for the kitchen and toiletries if staying more than a couple of days but if you're looking for a great home base convenient to lots of things, you'll find a cozy stay here! (Bonus..the AC works great for that South Carolina sun)

We had a minor request for the property manager (a broom and or vacuum to help us keep th e unit tidy) and they were super responsive. We would definitely stay there again! Only minor drawback was that there is no drawer storage for clothes in the bunk room. Would be great if the tv stand could be replaced with a small chest of drawers.

This place is an absolute must. Had such a fun time here and the condo is so beautiful. I love the kitchen and the open floor plan. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I love how this place is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nice. Definitely check this place out.

Comfortable, clean, and updated condo within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Free and easy bicycle access which made it fun and easy to explore the beach and 60 miles of bicycle pathways.

Nicely furnished and well equipped. Nice bedroom set up with plenty of room for a large group. Close to golf and general store Bikes provided was a bonus Used the outside grill a couple of times which was handy The pools were in need to cleaning but we visited shortly after bad weather so to be expected Beach was very close and short walk Overall a great home and location for a family vacation

The property was very beautiful and very comfortable for our family of six. We made good use of the four bikes that were included with this unit. It was apparent that the owner put a lot of thought into what a family would need for their stay. We were completely satisfied and would recommend this place for anyone who would come and stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Queen’s Grant several times over the past 20 years and loved this unit since it was very close to the beach. When we walked inside we had to check that it was the correct unit because everything had been remodeled and the pictures online had not been updated. The kitchen is amazing with an oversized island and the wall between the dining area and the kitchen has been removed. The washer and dryer were moved to an upstairs closet. Don’t run the dryer when anyone is sleeping because the sensor when it’s done is extremely loud. It is great that there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and the 2nd upstairs bedroom would be a paradise for younger children with 2 bunk beds. The bathrooms are also a very decent size. The only thing I would recommend is talking to the rental agency about putting in more towel rods for each bathroom since there is a hook and towel tree in the upstairs and nothing to hang towels on in the downstairs primary bathroom. We didn’t use the bikes, but you do get 4 included and there are also 4 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs. Very handy if you’re flying into town. Overall, very satisfied with the condo and highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced unit.

We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at a recently renovated property. Everything was brand new- kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, etc. We enjoyed the property, it is worth noting that if you have never been to Hilton Head, a bike is a necessity in this town and fortunately the resort left us with 4 bikes to use, which was a nice touch. While this community is not ocean front, there is a beautiful beach area you have access to, an easy bike ride away and the location is very central for restaurants, shopping, etc.
