We stayed for 4 weeks at this property. It was clean and in excellent condition! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Love the private deck area, especially if you had a pup that needs to go out! Very close to beach, restaurants and mini golf! Not one negative thing to say! Loved this place!

The property had everything that we needed in a well appointed kitchen. Extensive seating and all the channels that we wanted to watch.. The beach chairs were high quality and the bikes were an added bonus.

Unit is exactly as described and appears in the photographs. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Great space and location.

We had everything we needed with this Villa for our beach vacation. The owner supplied bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels lightened the load in the family car. We had everything we needed in the kitchen in terms of supplied utensils. Villa was clean and neat. The grill and patio were a plus. I wish the pools were a little closer.

Property was very clean & well maintained in very good condition. Our stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The property was great and spacious for our family. Would certainly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay but the weather was somewhat uncooperative! The condo was nice and clean and we had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a hairdryer, so I had to buy one that first night. They offered to get us one the next day, but I’d already purchased. If hairdryers are typically not provided, it would be good to let guests know. I’ve never stayed at a rental where there wasn’t a hairdryer! Also, the king bed needs a regular mattress pad, not a mattress protector under the sheet. The protector made the bottom sheet slide around and it was like sleeping on plastic—very hot! Otherwise, everyone was quick to respond and attentive. The HHI taxes and all the additional fees made this a pretty expensive three day vacation, but it was our first get-away in three years, so “bit the bullet”.

We had three couples from three different states meet for a friends get together. Our contact, Genesis was amazing in helping to get the details sorted out! The property was spacious and an easy walk/bike to the beach and beach front restaurant. Each bedroom had is own, well equipped bathroom and the kitchen was large enough for all the chefs to cook together.
