The property was very convenient to a lot of restaurants and beach. Great location. The unit was large and loved that I could bring my dog. The unit was a little dated and could use a good deep clean. There was a bit of a pet smell when I arrived.

This condo is lovely. Just a few blocks to the beach. Close to everything else in HH and the area. Living room can easily hold a small group as does the dining room table. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the pool. Management company was very responsive. We called to request cleaning supplies so we could keep the place nice while we were there. They provided supplies in a few hours. The living room is a little dark. Not a ton of natural light but plenty of lamps. We loved it and hope to come back.

It supplied us with everything we needed including a remote work area. We have stayed here before and the internet glitches, but then again we were on an Island.The washer & dryer could use an upgrade, especially the dryer which took for-e-ver to dry the clothes. Most likely the lint vent is clogged because often the lint trap was empty.We did notice upgrades since last year, including the new sofa!All in all, you can't beat this location.. everything we needed to do was either a 10 minute walk, 10 minute bike, or a 10 minute drive! We love this place and will gladly return!!

The property was perfect! It was ground floor and close to the pool. I slight walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the free beach parking and going from there, as some of us had some walking issues. There was one piece of the floor that was coming up, but that was it. Those things would be expected in a rental. Great place!

Walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and portions of the walk are in the shade. The beach access near this unit was less crowded than the main access at Coligny. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bikes, chairs, and starter packs of soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc were an added bonus! We had a great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dollar for dollar, this place is very strong. Good space, and two baths which is helpful. Decent layout for managing people. Tons of stuff for the beach. Chairs, inflatables, etc. Can walk on Nassau to get to Pope where there are restaurants, shops, etc. Drive to Harris Teeter for groceries is very short. Beach is about a 10-minute walk. Internet worked fine for us the whole week. Very nice presentation when we walked in. Here are some notes for those making reservations:1. The bikes are in good condition, but I would bring a small can of lubricant and probably a small wrench just in case. That's all you'll need tho. A couple of tweaks, if that, and you can go anywhere on the island. Considering that the bikes are included, they are very good. About as good as a rental. Of course bikes can always get a flat and if they do you're better off having a pump than relying on them to fix it, but if you stay on the roads and sidewalks it shouldn't come up.2. When you walk from the condo to the main access point for the beach, go towards the back of the building and walk Tanglewood to Forest Beach. It's much nicer and has shade. Deallyon has very little shade once you get closer to the beach and the walk back in the afternoon is super-hot. Tanglewood and through the back entrance is cooler. Also, the Alder Lane access point to the beach is just slightly farther than the main access point and Alder Lane point is much quieter. Easier to get a spot.3. Since the place allows pets, it's not going to have great furniture. They would be wasting their money because even well-behaved pets are going to age furniture quickly. It's fine and there are no issues with it at all, but just allow that in your expectations. 4. The water is drinkable, but not great. May want to get some from the store. That's going to be the case with most places.Honestly, it's the best place I have stayed at for a beach trip. I'd recommend it to anyon

It was a bonus to be a 5-minute walk or bike ride to most places that we frequented. Happy to say that we have already booked it for 2024. It is not a highly updated unit but it is certainly is the most practical for us with the best location. We quickly settled in, having all the necessities we needed. We were impressed with the comfortable beds and private setting. The property management was fabulous to respond to us quickly and respectfully! If I had a con, it would be the disappointing WiFi because we were working remotely and lost connection on occasion.We can't wait to go back again next year to have our daily lunches at pool side and nightly walks on the beach at sunset!!

The condo is near the beach, around 3 blocks walking, do not need to go to public beaches if you walk through the two buildings pathway for public.I called the manager for a pizza pan and a baking sheet and the following day I have the manager bringing the pizza pan and 3 sizes of baking sheets. The only things that I would add are hangers in both closets, clean the drawers and bathroom cabinets. The upstairs floor is squeaky I could hear the guy walking and also his washer and dryer.

The AC unit really worked well and kept the unit right at 69 as programmed considering it was 95 and higher each day outside. It was a quick walk to the beach (6-8 minutes). We loved the pet friendly tag with the condo. It was nice being on the first floor and having access to the courtyard area right out the back sliding glass door. The only issue we had all week was a newly formed wasp nest on our back patio. I contacted Island Rentals and they were there within an hour and had it taken care of!

The good: The condo was very clean and nice and was as described and was dog friendly which we appreciated. It’s location was ideal for getting to Coligny beach and close to all restaurants and shopping . There are very nice trails for running and biking. Condo close to the new park too. The condo was very clean and spacious. The bad: the resident directly upstairs in condo #8 was extremely loud and noisy and literally all night for the entire week he or she was playing the stereo/TV so loud we couldn’t sleep or he or she was banging things around all night long. Overall, great condo however either the owner or Island rentals really need to have a discussion with this neighbor about the night time noise.

I love the condo's location! We could easily walk to the beach, to Celebration Park, BiLo and the Piggly Wiggly in Coligny Plaza, and as many restaurants as a person could want. Other restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive. The condo suited our needs, too.

The beach, three of the best restaurants on the island, and a fully stocked grocery store are all under a 10 minute walk. Also, there is the newly constructed Lowcountry Celebration Park that will hold live events and entertainment all in the same area. As for the unit itself, it is one of the nicer condos I have ever stayed in. Impeccably clean and roomy. It is nicely furnished as well (the comfort I expect on vacation). If you like to cook, the kitchen layout is fantastic for someone who knows their way around a kitchen, and is fully equipped so you can cook anything you desire.The thing I love the most about the place is that about 25 feet outside the back patio is the entrance the large inground pool. The area is very quiet, so privacy is a sweetener for this fenced in pool. I'll be renting this spot every year if I can.

This property was a little bit farther from the beach than I thought the listing indicated, but it was still a very comfortable stroll or bike ride away. We loved the close proximity to the pool--walk out the sliding door and you are there--and that it was on the bottom floor!!! The property itself was clean and spacious. And the bikes came with the rental!!! I would love to return to this same unit soon.

The property was very clean, comfortable and homey. The bed was very comfortable. The property was in a great location within walking distance to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We stayed one month and never really used our vehicle. We used the bikes that the condo provided (4) at no charge.

Our stay was fabulous! We love this property! Last year we stayed in unit 8 and this year (even better!) we stayed in unit 6 right below on the ground floor! Everything we needed for the beach and more was provided. Love the new floor in the unit! We hated to leave. Hopefully next year we will get it again, as we know the quality will be great, as well as the location, location, location! Thanks for another great vacay in HH!

Finding a dog friendly condo is not an easy task. But Beach Arbor was perfect for our extended stay. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach and the Coligny area. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are very roomy. The pool is right there and was a great place to lounge around during the winter months. The two of us and our beagle enjoyed our time at Beach Arbor and hope you will, too!

The property is ideal for anyone who wants to stay in Hilton Head. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance for anything you need (food , drinks, shopping). It is on the main level which a plus after a long day. The condo is a two full bath so if you bring kids or a group you are not waiting in line to get ready. It is incredibly well maintained and is ready to live in if you needed to. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on the island!
