The house location was perfect. Just a couple of minutes' bike ride to the beach. So many walking and bike paths with the dog and kids! The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the house and made our stay even more enjoyable!

We really enjoyed the home and location in sea pines. It was very close to the beach and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. That may not be the case in peak season but it was great for us. Also the pool and deck are very nice. Would for sure stay again.

Great rental for our family of 5 - we have three teenage boys plus our 2 dogs! We enjoyed the pool very much especially since the yard and deck were so private. The house is well stocked with extras has so much space in the shared part of the house (kitchen, family room and dining room). We were able to host some of our extended family for our son’s birthday and there was plenty of seating and space. We enjoyed the board games and the extra blankets at the house too. Thank you!

Everything was easy, just as it should be on vacation. Check-in was simple, check out was the simplest we've ever experienced. The backyard and pool are perfect, the beds are comfortable, and internet was quick enough for remote work. A beautiful beach is a 10 minute walk away and the neighborhood is picturesque with lovely homes, palm trees, and plenty of Spanish moss. The home is complete with everything necessary for a relaxing time. What else is there to say? Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing stay in Hilton Head. The home was spotless with crisp clean
sheets and towels, kitchen amenities, etc. We are not new to short term rentals and can honestly say this is one of the cleanest homes we've stayed in, and it allows dogs which usually adds a layer of dirt that never seems to go away, but not here! My husband and I both commented on how clean it smelled when we arrived.
The pool and back porch are incredible with an amazing lagoon view, and the beach is a short walk. We felt immediately at home in the comfortable space and can't wait to book again.

6 Cannon Row was an excellent house and we were so happy it was pet friendly! The location is awesome. 10 min walk to the beach, nice bike ride to South Beach and Harbour Town. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, which we love to see. The free bikes, beach chairs and cart were awesome to have. Pool was perfect. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

This was our second stay at this same property and we loved it again! The rental agency was exceptional and prompt in answering questions. We had two adult couples and more room than we needed, but enjoyed the close walk to the beach, the great bikes for use, the heated pool and expansive private deck overlooking the lagoon. Family of four - adults & a dog - had a wonderful time. Home was comfortable and clean. Could use a few fixes here or there, but nice overall and wonderful location. Bike trails were accessible and the beach was maybe 3-4 minutes away riding a bike. The pool was a highlight as it was attractive, clean, and private. We appreciated a large main living area to hang out with family and play games or watch TV. There were numerous places to sit inside and out and multiple tables to choose from. Being able to bring our dogs made it perfect, and we cannot wait to return.

Hands down the best vacation spot! The house was beautiful and clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect! This place was perfect for us and our pup. Backyard was ideal and we used it a lot. Hot tub was great. I wouldn’t say pool was heated but property management very responsive when the hot tub wouldn’t heat the 2nd day. Very close to the beach. Would stay again!

This home is in a perfect location. Beautiful walking trails, a half mile walk to the beautiful beach and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The home has a well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and common areas. The pool was amazing.

Nice living room, kitchen, tv, bedrooms, and outdoors was beautiful. A few negatives were guest bed mattresses were very uncomfortable but master bed was fine. Air vents were filthy, surprisingly since everything else seemed clean. Also, make sure you take EVERYTHING you need. There was enough TP, two dishwasher soaps, and one washer soap. All other kitchen needed except salt and pepper. This might be due to covid. Rental agency seemed very nice and responsive. The only reason we might not return is the uncomfortable guest beds. Nice location, easy to beach. Bikes too! Enjoy!

We had a great stay and lived the house! We are 5 star hosts in LA and so we like to compare! This house is so comfortable and relaxing! The bike rentals were a gift and we went on for miles! We played games at the table and ate great meals. The beach was magical!!! Especially bike riding on the sand! Thank you!!!!

Very pleasant neighborhood, quite a few dog friendly rentals, friendly permanent residents, very quiet and low traffic. Houses are fairly close together, but it doesn't feel that way with all the green and the layout. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Bike trails abound.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Everything very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. And quite bright, even when we had some gray weather. (The house was well heated when temps fell.)And just like last year, Island Rentals was quick to respond to minor problems. Definitely a place I'd recommend renting from.6 Cannon Row is quite inexpensive, compared to other comparable rentals in the area. Really a good deal.

We came down for a few days that included New Year's Eve. It was me, my wife, 3 kids and 2 of their friends (and dog too). We had a ton of space. The place was beautiful. The location was perfect - just over a mile to both Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. They provided 4 bikes and it was easy to rent 3 more (the rental place delivers). The deck is large with a great view of the lagoon. Very relaxing just sitting back there. And last - the beach is so close. So easy to get there. We were there all the time. Really can't say enough about this place.

This is a great house with nice furnishings and layout. The back deck is nice overlooking marsh and it is spacious. The house is centrally located in sea pines with quick access to everything, the beach, South Beach and Harbor Town. The 4 bikes that came with the house are as nice as Sea Pine rental bikes. We plan on this house next year.

Perfect for our preteens and teens and for walking the dog to the beach. The house had tons of games and indoor entertainment for rainy days. Very quick bike ride/walk to the beach access. We loved the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The pool we could use is a long bike or short car ride away in South Beach, but that didn’t bother us. Out kids loved being close to the bike paths and riding all over Sea Pines. The only recommendation is a new carrier for the back of the bike. It’s seen better days! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent several weeks here and really enjoyed it. The back deck is great. Birds everywhere, alligators in the lagoon, and although the houses are actually quite close together everywhere in the area, this deck has a real sense of privacy. And very comfortable deck furniture. Kitchen has plentiful counter space and an extra sink, plus a pantry for storage. Master bedroom has a comfy (if high) king bed, spacious closet, and double sink in the attached bathroom.Neighborhood is very quiet, with the house located on a short dead end. The people we talked to were friendly but totally respected our privacy. The mailbox is at the intersection, three houses up the road. Beach access is available from near the end of Wagon Road, a fairly short walk or a very short bike ride.Sea Pines Preserve is about as good as it gets for hiking and bird watching, a short drive away. Coligney Beach is not much further, for those who like large social beaches.The house has some minor issues, doors that do not close properly so as to latch, sliding screens that easily go off track (ditto for the sliding door in the shower), and the racoons are a real nuisance with the garbage. But none of these things made any difference to the enjoyment of our stay, and Island Rentals was outstanding in their willingness to take care of the little things that came up. We like the house very much and plan to rent there again. But we are even more impressed with Island Rentals, and would always look to rent through them.

Lovely deck to relax in the mild weather. House was very spacious and in wonderful condition. Just a nice walk by trail to the beach. Friendly neighbors too! We would definitely see if the property is available the next time we visit HHI!

It's always clean and comfortable, the service the management company provides is excellent, morning coffee on the back deck is a delight, and the short walk to the beach makes this the perfect house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this lovely home with friends in May/June of 2018. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The deck/patio was awesome and we sat every morning enjoying coffee and watching wildlife. Squirrels raiding the birdfeeders, birds entering and exiting their houses, and crocodiles in the lagoon. It was peaceful and quiet, and I will never stay anywhere but Sea Pines again. You can bike to Harbor Town in about 10-15 minutes through beautiful paths to shop or visit the bakery and ice cream shops, or book water activities. We biked to Salty Dawg as well. There are few places you can't get to from here. The beach is a very short walk or bike ride away. We usually stay right on the water, but I didn't mind at all. The owners provide 5 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a cute beach wagon to haul your things (which comes in handy!). There is a big great room to watch TV (it never went on for us), there are puzzles and games for nighttime or when it rains. Be sure to try Hudson's on the bay if you go to HHI :). The only thing the owners could add would be a couple over the door towel hooks or something like that, we had several people but not enough places to hang towels :). Not a big deal, but an easy fix! We truly did not want to leave, and will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a great house! We brought our dogs on our vacation and were very impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lagoon – very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was very nice as well. Bedrooms were nicely furnished, bed were comfortable and everything in the house was in great shape. We used the bikes (great bike paths at HHI) and the beach was a short bike ride away. We had a great vacation and hope this house is available for our next trip to HHI.

This home is nestled in a great HHI neighborhood. As you enter the home you immediately see that it is decorated beautifully and perfect for a family getaway. Everything is well maintained and clean. The living area has lots of room for spreading out. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with if you choose to. We loved the mattress, it was very comfortable. There is a nice sized deck overlooking the logoon which usually had blue herons searching for a meal. It is especially great that bikes are provided because the Sea Pines area is full of bike paths. A beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants are within minutes either by bike or car from the home. This was our first trip to HHI, we will definitely stay here again on the next one. We enjoyed several good restaurants , Coast was a favorite, Skillet has delicious French toast and a huge menu and Salty Dog is a good spot for a casual sunset seafood meal. After beaching it we also took a hike through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. On the way off the island the Pinckey Island National Wildlife Refuge is a good stop for birding, photography or a beautiful nature hike.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Beautifully furnished throughout - and beds were very comfortable! It's fully stocked with everything you need! Ride bikes (bikes included) everywhere! Cozy, comfortable and with all the amenities you need. I think of this beach house as a home away from home. So much care and consideration has been given. Everything from the comfortable bedrooms, to the decor and fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful and spacious deck. I loved sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The home was very clean upon our arrival as well. With just a short walk to the beach, you can’t go wrong with this home. Our family looks forward to returning in the near future!
