I rarely write reviews, but feel this house deserves comments. The house was perfect for us. Great size. EVERYTHING is labeled. Genius when you aren’t familiar with the kitchen. My husband and I agreed we would purchase a similar house in HH for our retirement. We even thought we should see if the home is available to buy. I love the modern upgrades. The design features are thoughtful. Even so far as bedside outlets. The house was clean. The backyard has multiple access points which is perfect when you have a dog. A lot of light and on a very quiet cul-de-sac. The beach is a 10
Minute bike ride away. Hilton Head has become a family favorite to relax and this was a favorite rental.

It was also convenient to get anywhere by bike or by car. It was very close to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. The only recommendation that I would have for the owners or Island Rentals would be to have bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, just as a starter. We knew we would need to go out and buy more after we got there. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

Newly-updated house was very nice. Also nice to have bicycles and beach chairs provided. While not on the beach or at Harbour Towne, the location was pretty central so easy to get to the various places.

Very happy with our stay. Entire process was simple. House was very comfortable and clean. Included bikes and beach chairs was a great bonus! The location was central in Sea Pines Resort with ability to bike in any direction…to Seapines Beach Resort, South Beach, or Harbourtown. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a very small issue and Joe in maintenance was super quick to get in touch with us and correct the issue. We would book this house again. Also, the check in and out process was very easy. Good communication all around.

Beautiful home. Comfy beds. Clean. Bathrooms for each room was appreciated with 2 teenagers and grandpa. Loved the backyard for the dog and kids enjoyed the putt putt. Bicycles and beach chairs were a great bonus.We’ve staying in many rentals, this property was top notch.

The house is beautifully decorated and appointed...especially if you have dogs. I’ve never stayed at such a pet-friendly property and the attention to detail (pet disposal bags, extra water bowls, etc) was greatly appreciated. We loved having the bikes on-hand and used them each day to explore the resort, I highly recommend this property.

This home was perfect for our family. Soon as we stepped in the front door, we noticed how clean, organized and updated this property was. It truly accommodated our family in every way and was stocked with everything we needed - cookware, outdoor space, beach gear and even bikes. We enjoyed our stay at 6 Pine Court. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove. The beds were comfortable. The bikes came in handy. I felt comfortable letting the dog out in the back yard. It was all fenced in and well lit.

Note - it doesn’t have any condiments, so just come prepared (a grocery store is very close as well). We appreciated the clear labels throughout the house, which made it easy to navigate and find everything we needed. The outdoor space was beautiful - although it was chilly this time of year, we still used the outdoor grill and the provided bikes to explore the area.In summary, this property offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. This was the perfect last minute getaway for our family! We loved the bikes and rode to the beach, tennis courts and pool. The backyard putting greens and cornhole were much appreciated when the kids needed some entertainment!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately for us we drove in the night that Hurricane Helene decided to spread her wings and touch the Island. We couldn't sleep from hearing the winds and debris hitting the roof of the house. We woke up to a tree branch laying across the hood of our brand new car. It was a very sad start to our vacation. It did get better, the weather was perfect, the house was great but I almost wish I had a "do over" so I could enjoy the surroundings without dealing with insurance adjusters, rental cars and heartbreak.As a side note I would say the property was in great condition. There did seem to be a problem with trash pick up but honestly we didn't have time to deal with that with everything else going on.

This place was super clean, newly finished, and well-stocked with supplies. All the lights, fans, and appliances were labeled, which made for super easy navigation! The location was halfway between the beach and Harbortown, which made for easy biking!

Wonderful place. Great location. Short bike ride to the pool. A little longer to the beach, but we knew that when we rented the place. Plenty of utensils/cooking items in the kitchen and loved the huge grill. The beds were comfortable and really liked the two set of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Property was clean - plenty of room - GREAT location to beach, courts & pool - great space - loved all the labels for stuff as it made it easier to know either where something was or where it went. Enjoyed the property & the bikes included. The beds were comfortable & had plenty of extras if needed. Really, really nice property - great management = very responsive & easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend & will definitely book again!

Not truly fenced but boundaries about the backyard worked for our dogs who are comfortable off leash and well behaved. Takes about 15min to bike to beach w kids and dogs. We went to salty dog for the ice cream daily, another 15 min. We enjoyed the complementary bikes and just called to add the dog trailer. Only thing unexpected: no mini starter shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. We brought dog shampoo but didn’t bring enough for the humans without the expected starter bottles. Hope to stay here again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay in Sea Pines (after previously staying in Shipyard) and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the living room was warm and inviting. We loved having cocktails and playing cards on the large table each night. The yard was great as well although it was a bit hot to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to...we'll have to come back in cooler months for that. The only things to note; after walking around on the floors barefoot for about 25 minutes, our feet were completely black. This was not an issue for us as we just wore socks or slippers around the house. The housekeepers may want to give the floors a good scrubbing though. Also, the Greenwood pool is a little over 1/4 mile away. Not a far walk at all but with very small children and no sidewalks, we opted to drive to the pool. It was not an issue at all, just something to keep note of if you have little kids. Overall, our trip was amazing and we would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this home. It was a great location because getting to the beach on the bikes provided was easy and fun. The home is great and super well equipped with everything you could need. You’ll need to bring everything along (salt, pepper, detergent etc) and the pet fee is turns up making the stay a lot more expensive given that the y charge $50 per day so it adds up o we multiple days. But I had beautiful walks with my pup around the neighborhood. I would highly recommended this place for groups since each bedroom as it’s own bathroom it’s very comfortable and the house fully equipped kitchen and grill makes cooking at home easy and fun. I definitely hope to return in the future.

This home was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 friends. We were going to Hilton Head to primarily play golf and the location worked really well. Lovely and quiet and great outdoor space - we bbq’d most days. It has been tastefully modernised and everything is new. Very comfortable beds as well as the living room furniture. Well equipped kitchen, although as Brits we were surprised there wasn’t a kettle (we bought one and left it there, so hopefully it will remain)! The only other thing to note, not a complaint, was that there wasn’t a hairdryer, so make sure you take your own. We would highly recommend this home.

The house is beautiful. The decor is top notch. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance needed to fix a fantastic meal. We loved the putting and chipping greens in the backyard. It was put to good use by my granddaughter and grandson. It had a wonderful grill that we enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood and the bikes were used all day, every day. We would definitely want to stay here again at 6 Pine Court, Sea Pines. Thanks so much.
