We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the rental agency and Villa is exactly as pictures posted. The only negative is that the maximum number of car passes is 2.

This is a spectacular rental- the accommodations, BIKES, pool, pickleball courts, little grocery, nearby kayaking, trails & location! We had questions regarding our stay and they were answered promptly each time. We extended for late check out so we could take one last bike ride thru the complex before having to end our vacation & highly recommend doing the same. We will definitely be back!

One of the nicer units we’ve stayed in at queens grand. I would take a look at the bunk beds, they were pretty wobbly. We didn’t want our kids sleeping on top. Maybe a note to where the bikes are located. There was some confusion. That was all

This was one of the best rental properties we've stayed in and we've stayed in a lot! They thought of everything and the rental company was very responsive with the little questions we had. I highly recommend this property when you stay in HHI and Palmetto Dunes is awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, beautiful, updated. Master bedroom and bath were amazing. Comfy bed, huge shower, double sinks, better than home! The kitchen was well stocked, LOVED the coffee maker and ice machine. Washer/Dryer in the rental was great to be able to wash everything before leaving. Upstairs was amazing as well. Very close to pool. Short bike ride to ocean access with an amazing restaurant, plus bathrooms right there if needed. A general store is very close by as well for any other needs. We did kayaking and sunset cruise right across the highway through Outside Hilton Head which were amazing. 4 bikes included was great, I biked to my conference daily. Beach chairs included, wagon. They have thought of everything and we so appreciate not having to drag those things from home. Poseidon was the best seafood I've ever had and San Miguels was great Mexican.

The condo was very clean & decorated nicely! The beach was a short walk from the condo. The shared bathroom upstairs was a little tricky because it was shared with two teenage boys & their dad and step mom and the barn door left a crack allowing the person inside to be seen in certain instances from the bedrooms. Our only other issue was that 3/4 bikes were too small for adults.Had we known that, we would’ve brought ours from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just returned from a 4 week stay at this villa in Queens Grant. We have stayed in Queens Grant three times and this unit was by far the best. It appeared to be newly renovated with new appliances, decorated nicely and it was exceptionally clean. If you are bringing your fur baby with you it is has very convenient area to take your dog out for a walk. it is very short walk (10-12 minutes) to the pickle ball and tennis courts, the General Store and beach. Palmetto Dunes is located mid island with Shelter Cove shopping area directly across the main entrance. We would definitely return to this villa again.

We stayed there while evacuating from hurricane ravaged Augusta and it was a bright spot in a very sad situation. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Plenty of room and good location . Would definitely stay there again. Dottie Deleon

We had another rental that cancelled on us about 12 hours before we were going to start our drive. They only offered us much less of rentals in exchange and would not budge so we were in a frantic panic finding another place. Turns out to be the best thing that could have happened as we found this place. Incredibly quite and relaxing. It had 3 bedrooms, but we only needed and used 2. Super easy walk to the beach. Honestly only about 5-8 minute walk and they provide a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella. House was very spacious and I had questions which they answered quickly. We did leave early because of hurricane Helene as we needed to be home for family and pets in case of damage our our house. This is a great place at a reasonable price.
There is not water or sunrise/set view but that is fine as you'll be out on the beach or at a restaurant for those anyway.
This place will 100% be kept on our list for returns. We go to Hilton Head at least twice year.

This unit was perfect for us! It was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and lots of little extras. The back deck area and common ground was really nice for the kids to go out and play catch or kick a soccer ball around. Both kids and adults loved the pool area as well.All the windows on the main floor made this unit feel much lighter and brighter than other units we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room! We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be returning to this unit next time!

The space in the house is very open, lots of natural light coming in from outside through windows and skylights.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Very spacious, I think the pictures don't show how spacious the house is. About 10-15 minute walk to the beach. calm neighborhood.

Spending 6 days at Dinks & Dunes was an awesome experience and my family cannot wait to return. The villa is stylish, well-maintained and very clean. It was simple to book and if you had any questions the property manager was extremely responsive and easy to reach. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful. It was great having bikes to ride and beach equipment to utilize. The villa could not be in a better location with a driving range practically in the backyard, pool, pickleball and beach access all walkable. I would highly recommend Dinks and Dune Coastal retreat and I’m counting the days until I can return. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

This was our 2nd time in Hilton Head, but our 1st at this beautiful villa- we can’t imagine staying anywhere else now! The location is ideal, a short walk to the general store, pickleball and tennis courts. Easy bike ride to the beach! Plus, the driving range can be accessed from the backyard of the property. The pictures don’t do the inside justice, bright and airy- perfect for families! Close to amazing restaurants and shops, can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

If you’re reading this review then BOOK THIS STAY! We loved staying here with our family of 7 and couldn’t have chosen a better space on Hilton Head Island. This property is inside of Palmetto Dunes Resort so you have access to all the things like a free shuttle, private beach, pool and more!
The pictures honestly show the space correctly but it’s better when you arrive, in my opinion. The unit offers free bikes which is a BIG thing on this island, everyone is riding bikes everywhere. There is a nice deck to have breakfast outside, four beach chairs are included, we found a wagon in the outdoor storage and a whole outdoor box with beach toys and balls. Like I said, it’s worth it all! The only thing to keep in mind is that this unit is operated by a property management so they were not available on Sundays via Airbnb. They do provide a number on the email that you receive after booking which I didn’t try out.
