Wonderful place to stay, we were thrilled with the location and screened patio. So peaceful and exactly the relaxation we were looking for!
In spite of some minor cleaning (black fur all over our bed on arrival) and maintenance issues (very slow shower drains), this was the best stay we've had in Hilton Head!
The bikes made getting around so easy; the rental's location is about a 15-20 min walk/5 min bike ride to Coligny and it's about 10 mins to the beach by bike.
We will definitely be back!

It was an awesome stay! King bed was very comfortable and the place was spacious. Good kitchen with lots of utensils. In a great spot on the island short walk to the beach. The bikes included are great also, if you’re staying for a week the 4 bikes provided equates to $200 in value! Definitely recommend.

This rental was clean, comfortable. Beach chairs & bikes were nice. Would consider staying in the future.
The until is on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs no elevator. (Something to keep in mind for luggage, groceries & kids)
We did request trash bags day 1-2. never received a response from Island Rentals.

Are You A Clean And Neat Freak?

This is the place for you! Spotless unit with plenty of room to breathe and relax. Decorating is very tasteful, contemporary, calming and functional. I didn’t find one thing missing in the unit. Great location close to lots of good restaurants, retail and Sea Pines. There are 4 bikes to take to the beach. You can take beach chairs provided or rent on the beach. Quiet complex with onsite parking. The management company was great! Available and responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends!

Perfect Long Weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful girls weekend in this condo. Beautifully decorated and the perfect screened in porch. Beach is a 10+ minute walk from the condo itself and the pool is close by! Condo is located in a great area, close to many great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely keep this one in mind for our next trip! ***The condo is up a couple of flights of stairs, there is no elevator***

Grea, clean and freshly renovated apartments

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully decorated.Full kitchen, coffee machine with filters, all cleaning supplies and a lot of fresh towels.Convenient location and close to the beach and all other amenities.4 beach chairs that easy to carry, in great shape. We haven’t use bicycles, but they right by apartments. I don’t remember it was mentioned that apartments are on third floor, but we have not have a problem with that.The pool is less than a 10 seconds of walking, clean and not cold. We have seen an alligator at the pond in the apartment complex, it was small. But if you have small pets and kids, be careful.

Cutest Beach Getaway!

This was such a great place to stay in Hilton Head! Cute, tree-lined complex with a pool and easy access to the beach a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked - TVs in each bedroom and the living room, coffee pot that does Keurig or drip coffee, washer/dryer, and a sleeper sofa. The screened in porch was a personal fave. Perfect spot for your morning coffee. My family and I enjoyed biking the 5 minutes to Carolina Coffee each morning before exploring all the various trails on the island or heading down to the beach for the day. We would highly recommend 7206 Treetops! Great location and just a very clean, comfortable space to relax.
