We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The place looked like it had been recently updated. The furniture was a surprise because it was better than what was seen in the pictures. The place was clean when we arrived and chairs and bikes were provided (which was very useful and a plus). We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again for future vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Hilton Head. The unit was very clean and spacious and was a perfect fit for our group. The back deck was nice with plenty of seating to look out over a small pond and the golf course. We also really enjoyed having access to the 4 bikes they provided, they were nice to use while hiking around the island and down to the beach. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and everything needed to cook a dinner in. It was also great having a washer and dryer. Rental was a easy walk from shooting range, restaurant, pool and beach, which was very convenient. Back deck over looking lagoon was also a great place to enjoy a drink. Definitely recommend and would return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying here at Queens Grant. The location was perfect and having access to bikes and beach chairs was a bonus. We had a little issue with the washer and dryer but after contacting the property manager, they sent a repair person out the next morning and all was repaired. We will definitely stay here in the future! Wonderful location to the beach and shopping.

We gave it a 5 star based on the property itself. It was as described and it was a really nice place. We did have issues with the air conditioning upon check in, where the upstairs was 90+ degrees and downstairs was 78 but the rental company was quick to get someone out. We also had issues with one of the bikes that took 2.5 days to get a new bike since the tires were flat on the original bike. Things break and we didn’t feel it was the rental companies fault. The property is very nice, clean and perfect for our family of 4 for the week. I do think they could upgrade the AC unit as at times it still felt warmer upstairs but it was also 95+ everyday we were there. Would stay here again for sure may be our new spot on HHI…

The unit was the perfect fit for my family of 6. We spent the 4th of July weekend there. It was a bit crowded and difficult to find parking but I believe that due to be from the holiday. They were strict at the gate looking for the parking pass that you needed to pick up at the Island Rentals office about 10 min from the Airbnb. The back yard patio was great with a brand new grill and the pool was a short walk away. Overall, we would definitely stay again.
