It was Wonderful

Everything. However we could have used better directions. The villa was tucked away down the walkway. It took us 30 minutes to find it. But after that, it was smooth sailing. My family and I loved it. We'd love to stay again, hopefully at a discounted rate. I don't have anything to complain about. I'd choose that villa again.

It was clean, had comfy beds and pillows and Included bikes and beach items. We loved the gold course views and the short bike ride to the pickleball courts and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. It overlooked the golf course and was close to the pool. We found it fun and easy bike to the beach. Loved that the bikes were included.

Great Queens Grant Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kudos to the owners of 734 QG for thinking of every vacation detail. I've stayed at a lot of different condos here and this was by far the best. Providing chairs, sand toys, and bikes was such a help and the kitchen had everything you could ever think of that you would need. Everything was very clean and the beds were great. The only two small problems that we had were the sensitivity of the sliding glass door lock (got locked out several times) and the washing machine would not drain. Other than that, everything was awesome and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to spend Jan/Feb

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snowbird at diff locations and this by far was the cleanest and best equipped unit stayed in. Kitchen was superbly outfitted and everything was in great shape. Loved watching the golfers in the morning and deer in the evening. Management company promptly addressed any needs.ASSOCIATION needs to update landscaping and lighting - very dark getting to the unit after dark between units 733 & 734 - no lighting and fix sunken sidewalks. Problematic if handicapped. Currently residing & painting the outside of units, hadn’t reached 734 as of March 1st 2025, but working on the next building over.

Updated, clean, well-stocked home

We enjoyed our stay at this home and really appreciated that it included some beach chairs, toys, bags, and bicycles. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was clean. We could tell it was a well-stocked kitchen, but we weren't there for long so didn't use much. It was a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach, and the pool is super close to the house. Our only disappointment was that the hurricane prevented us from being at the home for the duration of our booking. I wish we could've rescheduled or extended to make up for our lost days, but the contract did not allow for that. We were given permission to check out 2 hours later because of our missed days.

Wonderful vacation stay

I would highly recommend this property! We stayed for close to a week and will honestly come back again to this property specifically. Very close access to the beach and easily bike able. The bikes on property were well taken care of, we only had to rent one because we needed a trailer for our three-year-old. The property itself was very comfortable for the six adults and one child that was in our party. Everything was nicely redone and clearly well thought out. The dishware and cookware all seemed to be great quality. Honestly, we were most excited about the fact that there was a big day in one of the bathrooms! It’s those details that make a difference. Thank you for the stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have never been to Hilton head. We picked a great spot to stay. It was about a 5 min drive to the beach, also walking and biking distance. The villa was clean and we loved being able to use the bikes and beach chairs.
The only issue we had was the address on the air bnb site is incorrect. It took us straight to the beach instead of the air bnb. It was hard to find the actual address once we realized we were not at the right spot. Once, we figured that out everything else was great!
