With room to sleep up to ten guests, this home is ideal for families or small groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. Just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood's pool complex—which includes a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub—you'll also have easy access to miles of scenic bike paths, kayaking through the lagoon system, and the beachfront Dunes House bar and grill. Plus, enjoy free transportation on the Dunes Buggy, offering quick rides to Shelter Cove for waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light and showcase the tranquil lagoon views. The gourmet kitchen opens to the living and dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan for shaded lounging, or soak up the sun on the open deck. This level includes two bedrooms—one with a King bed, private ensuite, and jacuzzi tub, and another with a queen bed. Exceptional Villa !

We booked our fall break to stay at 7643 Huntington. Love the location to all the island amenities. Easy short walk to the beach and pool! Wonderful bike paths through Palmetto Dunes. The house is perfect! Large bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in back porch is such a treat for early coffee mornings and evening card playing!

We came for a small family/ friend gathering. The weather was very rainy so we were grateful for the great space at the Airbnb. We loved being on the water and enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch each morning as we watched the birds.
Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

We booked 7643 Huntington for a late summer family vacation and the trip was fantastic! The property is absolutely perfect - an easy walk to the beach, gorgeous views and excellent bedroom layouts! The villa is well stocked and had everything we needed, including the perfect porch setting for our LowCountry boil! No one wanted to leave at the end of the trip and we spent the last few days planning our next stay!

Check in was easy, to get parking passes you must go to the Islands Rentals of Hilton Head not the parking pass station at Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here with a total of 8 people including 2 young children and it was just amazing. We were not cramped and the common spaces were enough for all of us to enjoy time together. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We saw all kinds of wild life from the patio and deck. We love the well stocked kitchen with great pots, pans, knives and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was the cherry on top and the hosts provided 4 beach chairs that came in handy. We enjoyed our time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back next year or sooner and stay for a little bit longer.

We certainly were in an atmosphere ( the house is phenomenal)that was conducive to what we're accustomed to & was so needed for all we planned to do!!! The only thing we were troubled with was the entry of the property; didn't know we had to check in with an agent...access to the beach was wonderful but - no clarity on how to get there other than, " just a few steps to beach access".. Overall- 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and lastly why is there a charge a any "extra vehicles " when you have 10 customers per home?? 2 Cars should be free & the 3rd car charged..

Gorgeous Rental!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful villa. Honestly cannot say enough great things about it. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and right at home. Best part was location, just short easy walk to the beach. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. This quickly became our favorite spot the start our day with coffee and to end it with a glass of wine. Highly recommended!! We know we will be coming back!!

Must stay

Loved this villa. Beautiful screened porch. New modern kitchen. Directly on the lagoon and one minute walk to beach access. Peaceful, quiet paradise. Beautifully kept and nicely appointed. Cannot wait to stay here again!
