Pool and beach were very convenient and enjoyable. Bikes and beach equipment were plentiful and appreciated. Spacious for 4 people. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the condo and enjoyed everything about it. The bikes are a plus and we used them everyday. the property has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well stocked and we love the layout of the condo. We will definitely be back!!

Convenient, clean and good pool. Sea Pines is a great area, close to Harbor Town. Master bedroom downstairs and 2 other bedrooms upstairs, allowing for space for all!

We had a great week, perfect weather! The kids were upstairs, grandparents downstairs. We had a difficult time with the tv, but eventually got it to work. Bicycling was our favourite past time.

The location of the condo is perfect to get to the beach and ride all around the island. The property management group was attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a pool right out back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was in a perfect location. Plenty of space for a family. Short bike ride to the beach, Coligny, Harbor town, south Beach. The best part was the pool was a few steps from the back door. We did feel it lacked cleanliness, the floors did not seem to have been cleaned in a while and the bathroom tub/shower walls needed scrubbed down. Furniture was very outdated, but that’s expected with most rentals inn HHI. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could see ourselves coming back to Lighhouse!

Overall I will say our stay met our expectations. This home was very comfortable. Love the fact the pool is right in the back of the home. We also put the 4 bicycles to food use! I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa had a great layout, perfect location with a pool only shared by 9 units. It was well stocked with many items vacationers desire. Our only issues were that the mattresses in the twin bedroom were too firm, and it could use a better wine opener. The listing should note that the unit includes beach towels & a hair dryer which would have saved us a few less items to pack. Otherwise, it was clean and had comfortable & ample furniture.

It could use a little updating, but everything was in working order, clean, nice to have bikes and beach chairs available. Had a little daily lizard visitor that showed up between the bathroom and laundry room. No issues. Kitchen nicely stocked, ac was more than adequate, a few light bulbs were out, but all in all a terrific spot!

Some items need updated like carpets.And some furniture need deep cleaning. But overall, very well equipped in kitchen and beach toys . The rental company as always outstanding with their services. The pool was a bonus .I’m returning with great anticipation

We had a great stay, meeting up with family for several days to visit. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and the property managers were extremely responsive. Rental bikes already available for use were a huge plus! We had a problem with our toaster and they had replaced it within hours!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was in great shape. Beach chairs were very nice (backpack kind). Made it an easy haul to the beach on the bikes provided. Don’t have any complaints. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Thanks again.

My husband and I stayed with our 4 adult children. We’ve stayed in sea pines many times. This condo was perfectly located, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, convenient to both harbor town and south beach. Four bikes were provided and we were able to easily ride to the beach in under 5 minutes. The beach trolley went right by the condo, so you could hop on if you didn’t feel like walking. The beach chairs were also provided and were in decent condition. There were enough chairs for everyone and most were backpack style which made carrying easy. The condo itself was nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the beautiful pool was right outside the door. Check in was easy. We arrived late at night and were able to go directly to the unit. Overall…everything was great! Thanks!

Loved the villa, spacious, matched description. Especially liked pool, never had more than one or two other families. Close to beach access and all the other Sea Pines attra tions. Great privacy.

This was our 4th time to stay in Sea Pines and this place by far was the best. Having 4 bikes was great to not have to hassle with renting. Quick walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything you need. Place was so spacious. I do feel the living room furniture/rug are both getting pretty worn and could be replaced however we never even turned on the TV because we were enjoying being outside all the time. Would definitely return to this unit again.

This villa was a perfect location within Sea Pines. Short walks or bike rides to the beach and beach club, and easy rides throughout to the many attractions within Sea Pines. Plenty of room for us to spread out across both floors and the kids loved having a close pool as well when breaks were needed from the beach.

Worked well for our family, needed 3 rooms. Bedrooms we’re great, kitchen very nice, dining area and family room were nice for our family of 5. The pool was heated and clean and very nice alternative to the beach. We needed to spread out our showers due to hot water- but we’re nice and clean. Bikes and beach chairs were a bonus and in good condition. Kitchen stocked adequately, non stick pans were over used and grill cleaning tools needed so bring if your going to use. Also our week the caterpillars were in the tree above parking lot and trees were dropping a lot of seeds so car needed extra cleaning when we left. Overall a very nice place.

This unit worked perfectly for our family group of 6 people. We had two young adults in the twin bed room, one couple in the other upstairs bedroom and we stayed in the master bedroom on the main level. My husband loves to grill...so the grill right outside the kitchen door was used a lot. We walked to the beach daily, cutting through the Beach Club parking lot. We loved having 4 rental bicycles provided to us by the owners and rented an additional bicycle on our own because I wanted to try the "Step-Thru" bicycle available at the bicycle rental nearly across the street from the unit. The large dining table was great for our dinners of 6 and then worked well for family board games later on. We felt very comfortable in this unit!

Beach Club was around the corner, as well as many restaurants near by. The n9me came with bikes which was awesome. This was our 6 the place in HHI , and was our favorite. The decor was so cute, and kitchen had absolutely everyth8ng. Also, the rental company was the best, so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
