My family and I had a wonderful stay. Island Rentals proactively communicated and quickly responded to my messages during our stay. The unit itself was everything as described in the listing and met our needs. The neighbor is a resident and has a small dog. She was very nice and so were other neighbors we interacted with. Everyone seems to have a dog and I didnt find anyone hostile because of it. The unit is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and comes with a wagon/chairs/etc. we made Thanksgiving here and the kitchen is well stocked! Probably the most lots, pans, and dishware of any rental I've rented. In response to some of the other comments, yes the floor is a little wonky but it didn't impact our use nor was it noticeable. The property was extremely well maintained and manicured, and did not look old or run down. Finding the unit in the dark and where to park was a little challenging but you figure it out. I would recommend this unit and would stay with Island Rentals in the future!

We loved this villa! It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and had everything and more that we would need! Beds were so comfortable! Loved the bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, the screened porch with a lovely view. It was quiet and tranquil. Just a very short walk to the beach. Our pup loved it too! Definitely will return!

What a lovely villa! Perfect location by the pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. Alder’s Lane Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful dog-friendly beach. Near restaurants and everything you’d need. The bikes were a great addition as well, although we didn’t get to use them due to rain. We especially loved the beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here next time!

First, let me say this villa was very clean and organized and very comfortable. The unit supplied a beach wagon chairs, and cooler. The free bikes were a plus we all enjoyed them. The beds were comfortable. this unit made me feel like I was home. Would highly recommend.. Sullivan family..

Their home has a fully stocked kitchen (crockpots,plates,glasses,coffee makers and pots/pans)This condo is in a great location to get to Coligny, Beach, Sea Pines, golf, etc. HHI doesn't disappoint with great restaurants (Tiki bar/Bank/Fish Camp/Black Marlin/Charlies/Sand Bar and Sweat Al's!!!The beach is a 10 min walk or a quick bike ride. Condo has 4 bikes/4 backpack chairs/umbrella/cooler/wagon, everything you need @ the beach!See you next year @ the Tiki Bar Brad & Lori!

The property was very clean and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is just the right size for a small family orsmall group. We did not bring our dog this time but loved the fact it is pet friendly. Property has all the beach supplies you need except towels and personal items. Bikes were free and lots of fun. We would definitely sray again when in the area.

It was very quiet, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and definitely convenient to everything. Most units in this area are older but still nice.The downside was that surfaces seemed to have been wiped/dusted but not cleaned, especially the stovetop and the floors! We notified the rental agency and they had someone there to clean within less than an hour! We are not ones to complain but the housekeeper still had not mopped so we felt it necessary to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves! ..and I'm not sure what was burnt on the cooktop, but it took some time to get it clean. We have rented multiple times from this rental agency and never had this problem, so guessing it was a different cleaning service?!Overall, we would rent this unit again.

We have stayed at many places and this one exceeds all of them! The kitchen is well stocked and furniture/beds were very comfortable. I might recommend they add a crockpot for dinners after busy days. The wagon, 4 backpack beach chairs and 4 bikes were a bonus for us to use. They also had an umbrella and a cooler to use. The location was a 5 min bike ride to the beach, 10 -15 min walk. The path to the beach is between the Hilton and Marriott properties. Bonus was the bathroom at the beach. (someone gave us the code to use) The condo is right by the pool which was nice but if there were many kids there - could get loud. Pool water and ocean were very cold! We rented Mar 16-Apr 13. Condo was a short bike ride to Coligny circle and the park for concerts. At Easter time (Fri-Tues) the traffic at Coligny and beach picked up. We were not there for the Heritage but heard that the public parking at Coligny is the shuttle location. In 2025 The Heritage and Easter week will be the same time. (week before Easter). The management company was fantastic every time we reached out to them - called or responded within minutes! We can't wait to go back in 2025!

Looked for an apartment close to the beach, but still far enough inland to enjoy the peace. This place has it all. Perfect for a family of 4 or a trip with friends. Definitely will stay here again.

The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, cups, pans, etc. The screened-in porch has a lovely view of the pool. The floors are a bit uneven as mentioned in other posts, but not enough to be bothersome. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and that bikes were included in our stay. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but a great central location for exploring HHI.

There was plenty of room for our dog crate and the grounds were perfect for walking her. It was a 10-15 min walk to the beach along a shaded paved path. The wagon provided worked great. We enjoyed the bikes provided. We had a tv issue and they were in touch with us immediately. We contacted the cable company and it was fixed the next day. The floor is raised in spots as listed in other reviews but had no effect on us. The people above us were able to be heard walking around but it was only slightly an issue late at night. Not a big deal. We would definitely like to go back. It was lovely.

My husband and I booked this condo for an end of summer getaway. Property was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. 5-minute easy bike ride to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed cooking and beach. Updated decor and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

Great location! Well stocked kitchen with very clean utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, coffee maker, Keurig, four slice toaster and even a hand mixer! Beds slept great! First floor villa so only about 8 steps to the door. Friendly, dog friendly community. Pool view from the screened back porch at this property! There is a beach wagon with the nice big wheels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys for the kiddos in the hall closet! Nice stackable washer/dryer behind curtain in the kitchen. Thats always a plus! A 10 minute walk to the closest beach access path across the street. About a 15-20 minute walk to Coligny depending on your pace. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others.

This condo was a nice stay for us in late January. We liked the screened in porch and it’s proximity to the shopping and dining. The development is nice with many walking paths and landscaping. Finding the unit can be daunting, but if you pay attention to the signs as you drive down the main driveway, you’ll see the unit number signs at the end of each path along the drive. The condo is well stocked with kitchen tools, and appliances. Internet is very spotty, or at least was the week we were there, so it made working remotely difficult, we just ended up using our hotspot.
