The apartment was super clean. It had all the things we needed to comfortably live for 4 days. Location was good as well - it’s only 15 min walk to the public beach Two things would be good for the owner to improve to make this property truly 10/10 1. One of the beds was pretty squeaky 2. Water was not running down the pipe in one or two sinks (ie had to pull the thing up manually to let the water go away)

Townhouse was very nice. Owners did a great job stocking house and accommodating beach needs. Bike accessibility makes beach walk much more enjoyable. Beach chairs also very appreciated. Linens towels, cleaning service and pets constitute costs. Overall very enjoyable. Cozy and had a great time. Conveniently located for dinner shopping and touring. Checkout easy, added plus. We enjoyed it very much once we were all settled in!🌴💕

We enjoyed being close to Coligny park and the beach . Alder beach is walking distance and not nearly as crowded as Coligny . The unit was clean and decorated beautifully! Our family stayed two doors down from my husband’s family and enjoyed his birthday celebration at the pool and riding the bikes provided ! Excellent!

Very nicely decorated home with all the amenities and comforts of home.Having 4 bikes was perfect for getting around this bike friendly neighborhood! Close to Coligny Parking for the beach - but walking distance to Alder lane Beach ! Was a perfect spot for our family to gather for a family reunion ! 3 pools to chose from and nice shaded paths !

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was a beautiful, short walk to the beach and was in a very quiet, peaceful area. The hosts were responsive and helpful! Definitely worth the money and in a great location. Only thing I would add is that the bedrooms could maybe use blackout curtains since the morning light comes in very bright, but did not bother me too much as I am an early riser anyways. Overall, highly recommend!

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. We actually lived in this residence for three months. Every amenity you could want was there. We needed nothing. It was so clean modern comfortable beach five minute bike ride away. The condo had bikes for us to use chairs for the beach umbrella. We like to get so much. We actually booked next winter again. My wife and I are very particular and we loved everything about this unit. Being dog friendly, we were able to bring our puppy. We were shocked at how clean it was upon arrival for a dog friendly location. Out in-laws rented a unit across the street and were extremely jealous when they saw how nice our rental was.

Pool access was near condo with foot shower to rinse sand off after visiting the beach. Beach access was about half mile walk away. Loved having the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrellas for use. The umbrellas have been well-loved and may need to be replaced soon. The property is lovely and dog-friendly but there are a few residents that may not appreciate our furry friends. Just be respectful of those neighbors and avoid walking your pup on their lawn. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and just around the corner from the pool. We really appreciated the bikes and the convenient location to restaurants and shops. Our only complaints would be that there were no curtains in the bedrooms, only shears, so the bedroom was flooded with sunlight before 7am. Also, the kitchen could use some new pots and pan as the ones provided were very scratched up. Overall, this is a great condo and very comfortable. We really appreciated the small touches like storage baskets in the bathrooms, the footstool in the living room, the storage pantry in the kitchen and plenty of drawer space and clothes hangers in the bedrooms.

Onsite pool is a bit small but was never crowded. Don't worry about bring extra dish soap, trash bags or toilet paper; this place had extra. The beach is a short 15 minute walk through shaded parking lots. We had everything we needed at the condo. 2 things that could be fixed are there is a click when the ceiling fan in the master is running and the WiFi upstairs is spotty, but each issue was not a big deal. Condo is 3 blocks from Coligny plaza.

What can one say about Hilton Head - awesome location with amazing bike trails, beaches and restaurants. Staying at this home made our trip even better. Great location to everything. Plenty of room, but stairs a bit steep to upstairs to rooms. Bikes, little patio, TV'S in all the rooms.Kitchen was great, everything needed and more. Definitely a dog friendly neighborhood. Bike ride to the beach was quick through trail connected to neighborhood or 5 mins, if that by car. We really enjoyed it & communication with our host was great when we had questions.

We really enjoyed this property, it was tucked away and very quiet! Best part for us was that it came with 4 bikes, we rode everywhere! Everything was as described. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk/ 5 minute bike ride. The unit itself came well equipped with pretty much everything you need for your stay. The pool was nice too! We would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

We had a great stay at 82 Ocean Breeze. The complex is a little further from the beach than we usually stay, but having access to bikes and a beach wagon made it easy to get to the beach and we loved being able to have our dog with us. Condo is fabulous! Spacious clean and has everything you need. The bikes are a big WIN! We used them everyday. It’s a good walk to the beach - solid 12-15 minutes. Taking the bikes to the beach was a breeze!! The beach chairs are back packs so we loaded up threw a cooler in the bike basket and off we went. Condo was super clean and complex was very quiet even though it was super busy. We could not hear the neighbors at all. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time staying here! The place was very clean and felt like our home away from home. Everything we needed was there for us. It was just a short walk to the beach. Having the bikes and beach chairs came in handy one less thing we had to pack! Being close to the pool was perfect for a quick after the beach dip. We definitely will be back for future vacations!

Everything was just as described! Great access to the beach, either a short walk or bike ride. Having 4 bikes available for the week was perfect. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all available with a wagon to haul everything to the beach made our packing easier. Cooked plenty of great meals after picking up some fresh fish at a local fish market. Biked to Colony Square in the evenings to shop and get ice cream. All in all, couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the condo. Place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Location was great, too. Only complaint is rude staff member at rental office. I tried calling to see about extending our stay and was unsure if I was calling correct number. I did call a couple of times and finally got an answer- i was told "I was on an emergency call and had to hang up because you kept calling... future reference is if there is no answer then leave a message and someone will call you back." I was blown away by this- I hope the owner of this condo can address the rude man in the rental office. Had I not already been staying in the condo then I would not have given him my business.

Location was great, only a little more than 0.5 mile walk to the beach, which is shaded and an easy walk. Loved that the condo came with 4 beach chairs and a cart to pull to the beach. We actually left 2 beach umbrellas to be used by others. And the 4 bikes were also an added bonus. We loved to have the option to ride to the shopping center and to the beach. There were a few issues that we did have, but wouldn’t deter us from returning. Just would like the owners to be made aware. 1. We arrived at 5:30pm and the cleaning people were still there so I’m thankful we didn’t arrive at the 4:00 check-in time. 2. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa so we had to use blankets and quilts for the bedding. 3. The plugs in the bathrooms didn’t work, even after troubleshooting with the GFI circuits. 4. The dryer went out, BUT property manager super helpful on getting that resolved quickly. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Only suggestion would be to get rid of the wicker chairs in the living room and replace them with more comfortable recliners or love seats. They were very uncomfortable to lounge in when the weather was bad and you were stuck indoors. Included bikes and military discount were deciding factors in renting.

Beautiful, comfortable and all-round fabulous stay in Hilton Head. Proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza were much appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice layout, clean, nicely appointed kitchen, nice bikes & beach chairs. Problem with AC day 1 and was fixed within a couple of hours. Would definitely stay again.

There are always things you’ll never know till you arrive. Condo looks bigger in pictures and there are 17 steps to the bedrooms. Bikes were available and the one with a flat was replaced in 2 hours. Even had helmets in pantry! Lots of comfy quilts and blankets to cuddle up when it got cold. All the cleaning supplies and tp you’ll need. Overall, a great experience!!

Reviewer Comments: We got to the unit on Saturday 10/30/21 around 3:30-pm The unit was very clean the the carpets must have just been cleaned, because they where still very wet. The directions to the beach is very hard to follow, but found the best path straight to the beach was the bike path. It's about a good 10 minute walk or 5 minutes with the (4)bikes they provided was really appreciated. Everything you need for cooking inside and out is provided, along with beach wagon and ocean chairs. Overall, for the two weeks we rented this unit was an excellent experience and stay there again.

Favorite thing was having use of the bicycles with the rental! Each evening we were able to take a nice bike ride around the paths with easy access to the beach, dinner, and shopping.

Hilton Head never disappoints!! We have been vacationing here for years and have stayed in Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines, but never in this area. We absolutely loved it! It was so close to the beach and all of our favorite places. The home was lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed biking, swimming, the beach, taking walks, shopping and dining at all of our favorite restaurants. Our dogs had a great stay as well. We love how pet friendly Hilton Head is! We can’t wait to come back and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

Need to update location of bikes on the unit information sheet. We called management and was able to locate them. We would rent again.

We enjoyed being a short walk/bike ride from the beach and restaurants/shopping! The bikes were a GREAT addition to our stay. Our one disappointment was that the pool was not open. Evidently, the pool does not open until April and this was not conveyed to us in any of the information received prior to our arrival OR in the information upon arrival. We had plenty of other activities to keep us busy, but would have loved the pool as well! Overall, we THOROUGHLY enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head!
