Accommodating up to 8 guests, this pet-friendly retreat is just a short stroll from the beach and the oceanfront Dunes House, placing you in one of Hilton Head Island's most desirable destinations. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach vacation or an activity-filled getaway, you'll enjoy easy access to championship golf, world-class tennis and pickleball facilities, scenic kayaking and canoeing through the lagoon system, and miles of beautiful walking and biking trails.

Designed with families and groups in mind, the spacious villa features a thoughtfully appointed layout with comfortable gathering spaces and all the conveniences of home. The primary suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom features two queen beds and its own ensuite, providing privacy and comfort for everyone. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional accommodations, allowing the villa to comfortably host up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, while the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

To help you make the most of your time on the island, two complimentary adult bikes and four backpack beach chairs are included with your rental. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring Palmetto Dunes by bike, or cooling off in the community pool, open from April through September.

When you're ready to dine or explore, you'll find some of Hilton Head's favorite restaurants just moments away. We absolutely loved staying here. It is a very easy walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool is very close and the bike ride to the General Store was fun to get ice cream. The only things that bothered us were that the receptacles in the bathrooms do not work which made using a hair dryer or curling iron a little more difficult. Also, the door to outside didn’t always click shut and would come open without us knowing. We did have a dog with us who was always ready to go outside and explore so we had to be extra careful with the door closing. The side sprayer on the sink will stick and spray you or the kitchen the next time you use it if you don’t work to make sure it’s not stuck before turning the sink off. These are just minor things that I’m sure the company will fix after reading this but I did want to bring it to their attention. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time!!!

We will have our maintenance team inspect and repair the bathroom receptacles, the exterior door latch so it closes and secures properly, and the kitchen side sprayer to prevent sticking. This location is perfect. 90sec walk to the sand, comfortable for the dogs, great for families as the kids have their own 'side' of the condo. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The property we stayed at was wonderful. Very close to the beach, easy walk to the pickleball courts, golf courses and Alexanders. Perfect location for everything you need in Palmetto Dunes.
